We were greated by Matt who was very pleasent to deal with he quickly checked our documents to confirm all was in order had a look around the car and made some observations about the condition of the car then went and did his calculations so as to give us a very fair offer which we accepted everything was then finalized monies settled and everything signed and sealed we would definitely use them again

Whilst I knew I wouldn’t get the amount shown on my internet valuation, I did think that the deduction for the bodywork and wheel repairs was rather excessive.
On the up side, the guy at We Buy Hathern / Loughborough (Matt? sorry, bad with names) was very good, efficient and very professional.

A complete waste of time unless you're desperate and have to practically give your car away. The quote given is completely misleading and no where near the amount they actually off. And then they take off the fees as well.

Was offered a couple of hundred pounds more from webuyanycar, than to trade in with Motor point. The vehicle was described very accurately for the quote. Webuyanycar wanted to reduce the price down below Motorpoints offer, therefore was a wasted trip. Matt was a nice chap though.

Kept waiting half an hour after my appointment time,then offered a quarter of the 1st valuation they expected an 11 year old car to be in showroom condition. WHAT A JOKE.

I’m giving this 1 star because I’m not able to give it 0. We were quoted a price and when we went there the offered us nearly half the amount that was originally suggested! We refused the offer and went Evans Halshaw who were fantastic in comparison!!
