I have been hosting my clients since I started hosting in 1995...
Since moving to 20i about 2 years ago my life has improved BIG TIME...
The 20i platform gives me the reliability of a cloud hosting system that has not let me down at all since I signed up, plus the amazing support that goes with it (unheard of with any other previous data centre), and has, basically, improved not just my life as a hosting company, but also my clients lives, because now my clients all say the same thing about my hosting service (via 20i) - that it is, for all intents and purposes, "bomb proof"...
I have no hesitation in saying, if you are a hosting company and need a reliable UK data centre - you need 20i - it will change your life...

Been a member of 20i for over a year, if you have an active client base the system may work for you. Hostshop is still in beta over a year later and is extremely slow to load so Google penalise you in ranking. Absolutely no good at generating new business. Have over 12 million hits a month according to 20i that don't show up in any other systems. Bit scammy but worth a shot if you have a client base.

20i is the best hosting company I have ever worked with, and I've worked with a good few over the 20 years I have been commercially developing websites. The support staff are awesome! A big thank you to Luke Barker and all the support staff I have dealt with over the three years I have been with 20i. If you are looking for excellent hosting packages at unbeatable value, and support people that are responsive and knowledgeable, you really can't go wrong with 20i. Where do i start, I use to be with a host called Jixhost and their servers kept going down. I switched to 20i and their support staff were amazing. They helped me get 60 domains moved to their servers and i did not have any down time. Their hosting is amazing and if i have an issue i drop a message to them and they are always glad to help. So far so good. The migration from my old web hosts has gone without a hitch. Support when needed has been excellent and very quick to respond. My sites are loading faster and email is more reliable. They offer free SSL (which my previous web hosts did not). All in all my clients are very happy.

So far so good, in the process of migrating all my domains and websites to 20i. The reseller interface is the best there is. The wordpress hosting feels fast and reliable with the sites I have moved so far. I am looking forward to growing my business further with the help of this great platform - thank you 20i. Also the domain prices are a real treat, I would have to say you are getting ripped off unless you come to 20i

We moved our website to 20i after a disappointing trial with WP Engine and have to say, so far, so good and we're really impressed with the wordpress page speeds our website are achieving. Our clients are usually at need and in a rush so being able to get on our site, browse relevant info and submit a call back / enquiry quickly is really important.

Amazing Hosting! i started as a reseller about a year ago with another company TSO. it done the job but you had 2 urls. one to buy domains. one to install wordpress or whatever platform you would use, had endless trouble. as all the sites where mine i would check ranking a lot and notice the sites where down several times a day. you couldn't even download a site... this is how im aware of just how good this hosting provider is. everything is done simply and quickly via one website url. the site installation super fast. never had any downtime. Free SSL certifcates quick to click them onto newly installed site. they remind me of them restaurants that don't have a huge menu, but what they do do, they do unbelievably well. on another levels this hosting company. ive now migrated every site and in process of migrating all my domains. i hope they keep it up. ive made several recommendations for 20i hosting already in the 2 months or so of being a client.

I've been looking for a company like 20i for years. I have been in the I.T. Business for 16 years, and honestly i went to the trouble an expense of hosting everything myself as Hosting providers did not meet my high expectations.... until now. My IT company now hosts with 20i and I now host all my clients here too.

I'm a reseller with 20i. I can't fault them! slowly migrating all my sites to them. Lightning fast response times for technical support. Really most times under 10 minutes, which I think is pretty amazing. Not tight with resources either.

I switched from another host who claimed to be 'cloud' and 'fast' but 20i has shown me how hosting should be done. The speed is incredible, the control panel is clean, smooth and perfect, the support is jaw droppingly good and it all just works as it should. I have been with hostgator reseller for 2 years paying roughly around 700 a year and found most of my sites where slow loading thi sis because there servers are in Texas . So I thought I would try 20i I have to say I was not optimistic as they where much cheaper but once I moved a few of my sites over to test I was very surprised The user interface is so easy to use and has lots of great extra features All my websites now load super quick being in UK and EU and the price is so cheap for such a excellent 5 star service I called my friend after 2 days and convinced him to switch as well

It’s always easy to look at 5 star reviews and think that this is too good to be true, but I took a chance on 20i when I had to move 9 sites and 21 domain names over from wp-engine.
I say took a chance because you never really know do you?
I plunged in and i have to say that all the reviews are true, 20i are excellent.
I had a few problems migrating sites from wp but they helped along the way, support tickets answered in minutes and they are all really knowlyand massive Helpful.
All smooth so far and speed is good too. And in a reseller account and the price is great, plus I have also paid the extra for backups.
Everything you need is here and am really really impressed.

So far i am extremely happy with 20i, when i called the experience of being a reselller "the mary poppins of hosting firms" i was under exaggerating.
I have been with 20i for 3 weeks now, and have rarely logged into the control panel to fix something (unlike other firms) i feel confident when i wonder how my website is doing, i have not even bothered to set up a ping warning on the sites i host here.
Thanks to the support team (and all at) 20i, i am extremely confident working with this company.
Here is to many years working together, and a prosperous relationship to us both!
