Decent room, service was attentive. Sandwiches seemed like a Tesco meal deal, sweet options were beautiful to be fair. Tea was fine. Was my first time and I was a bit disappointed considering the idea I had about the Ritz for High Tea with my Girlfriend and for the price we would go this one time as a treat.

I expected exceptional customer service but instead felt like we were part of a process, sitting promptly at 3.30, we were taken to a table for 2 (we were 3), we were given the wrong tea each, all s bit of a rush and encouraged to finish up ready for the next sitting. We visited the Palm Court for a traditional afternoon tea and the Ritz staff were amazing. If you finished your cakes they brought you more, sandwiches gone they brought you more, and they kept refreshing the tea throughout the time we were there.
I only wish we could come back again soon, but that's only because I don't live in London.
