Very disappointed in how manager spoke to me when I queried price - was trying to charge me for a large car... our car is not that! Then was told to pay and "Never come back again" - I was very upset by the way I was spoken to. I am not a young person (not that that should matter) and was quite shaken.

The manager is rude and always charges a little extra if your car isn't clean when it arrives. Also, don't you dare ask his guys to vacuum a bit that was missed as he will get extremely upset.

Assembly line car washing . Don't think I spoke to a single person . Popular place with car owners and you often see long queues which is a good sign but oh man they're expensive. £22 for a wash and vac on a medium car. That's too much for me to become a frequent customer.

Service seems to be going downhill. For £12, I do expect my car to be cleaned properly and not left with dirt along the slam panels, boot and handles. No polish was used at the end although they had the bottles in their hands and it was a rushed job. I will be taking my cash elsewhere!

This is the first time I've used this facility and was very impressed. The speed and the quality of the finish was great (and I'm fussy). I paid £8 for a wash, wax and wheel shine which I think is good value for money. My local supermarket charge £6 for a hand car wash that is poor in comparison. I will definitely be back.

Last few washes haven't been up to the normal standard and the prices have increased to a point where it is worth cleaning it myself instead, I have cut down the number of times I go now, only when the car is really dirty. Also there are other hand washes in the area and given the price difference it's worth the extra miles drive.

Have been using this place on and off for 15 years. Amazing service every time. On last visit, cable to move seat back and forward became detached, they insisted on fixing this first before I left. Tried many other places around Surrey and Sussex but nowhere compares to the quality of work done on the car.
