Unfortunately these guys did a very poor job of valeting my car. There were multiple areas of the car that just hadn't been cleaned properly with dirty marks across the body and allows especially. Door inners had been ignored and little attention paid to vacuuming.
I emailed the business to give them this feedback and they have not responded (now 2.5days later). Disappointed to have spent £36 (+ tip) for this sub-standard job.

My car has not been cleaned for a while due to lockdown and so it was beyond dirty and in need of a very deep clean. Simeon and his team did a really brilliant job. The car looked as good as new afterwards. They were also polite, on time, cheerful and helpful. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

I booked this at 3.30pm the day before and they came at 10am the next time. My car now looks brand new after Simeon and the team did a great job of shampooing the soft top and a thorough cleaning of the interiors.

I have used washmycarlondon several times and find their service, quality and timeliness to be very good. As well, the price point is good value for the services provided and my own time savings. This week while the service was performed I accidentally locked myself out of the house when going out to check on how they were doing. Simon was very kind and lent me his phone and money while I waited for rescue. Washmycarlondon showed a level of care that is often not seen and was hugely appreciated.

I found the guys In the morning and they came same day and offered me a superb inside and out wash and I opted for a full car polish however the result was definitely worth it, the car has a great shine on the outside and super clean inside along with a beautiful scent would not hesitate to call them over again !

We use WashMyCarLondon to carry out a monthly clean on our commercial shuttle bus. It is used daily and receives a lot of abuse by users. Simeon and his team tackle this without fuss and the results are satisfying. I have heard it said that a clean car stays cleaner - it is true. The dirt does not stick to the exterior because of the smooth finish, and the user respect the interior more because they can see it is being looked after.

Very positive experience. Simeon was on time ( in fact he was early which was perfect) He was polite and did a thoroughly great job turning my rather battered and very dirty "dog taxi" into a gleaming car inside and out without any trace of said dogs. He even got the dogs blood ( playground accident!) out of the cream leather upholstery! I would thoroughly recommend

I am happy with the service despite the high price of £100 for the full valet and then being told that one day old, 4 spots of bird droppings might not come off ??!! Would use their services again, because in the end the results were very good - bird dropping off and all....
