Going here was the *worst* idea I’ve ever had. Sat in the waiting area I heard a huge crash. When I came out I discovered that one of the employees had reversed my pride and joy 80s mercedes into a concrete pillar. He immediately bolted from the scene, leaving his colleagues to aggressively argue that it was my fault for leaving the keys in the ignition. When I demanded to speak to the manager they refused to give me his name or number. I had to call the police.
The damage cost me excess of 2k to get fixed. If you care about your car DO NOT go here

Avoid. Paid 130 pounds for full valet including machine polishing. Damaged the car. Not even a sign of machine polishing rather hand and not finished. Check out the pictures.

Just check the pictures mate. You haven't even finished your hand polishing keeping the car for a weekend. Hope this is included in 130? You have left a dent on a bonnet. Happy Christmas

Pulled up and no one really knew what they were doing. Enquired about the full service because for some reason there isn’t a price for this on the wall. Was told it’s £20 to which I agreed to. Another man came over and looked inside and said that it’s actually £25 because the insides dirty. My car is not dirty at all, there’s usual dirt from it being cleaned a month ago. Absolute cowboys who make up prices judged on what car you drive. Will happily take my business elsewhere. (Picture attached to show my car isn’t actually dirty!)

Not the cheapest I’ve paid to wash my car (£20 for a A3), but never had such a good service before. Car was extremely clean in every single corner. (Before it was dirty as h***) worth every single penny. Unfortunately I didn’t had spare change for tips, but definitely they deserve.

Avoid at all cost! They tried to charge my Volkswagen Up as a “Large” car, despite it is one of the smallest car in the market. When I object, they said their service is very good and justify the price! I said it has nothing to do with the service levels, there is no relation between the size of the car and how good they are! I decided to leave and don’t use their service but the guy opened my door while I was reversing and insisted again telling how good they are. I have never seen such disrespect to a customer in any company. Then I learned that on the same day a friend left her car in the same place (usually her husband does the car wash but this time she had to do it) and they charged £40 in/out wash only. I told her they ripped her off and she paid a fortune unnecessarily. She will never use the service again.

I have used Richmond Hand Car Wash dozens and dozens of times and they have always been very professional, fast efficient friendly and polite; they genuinely appreciate your custom.
The car washing itself is to an excellent standard, more so than other places and they shine the tyres too!

Really good place, a bit pricier than others but definitely worth it, the manager makes it clearer they are aware they charge more than other places but it's because they do it much better than the cheaper places. Will try and only come here from now, amazing service

Prices inflated overnight! The price went from £30 (they did a good job) to today a quote of £70 - apparently I was lucky it wasn't costing £200.

Crooks. Drive past daily and no change to prices have been made. Had my car cleaned for £15 previously and then charged £20 after cleaning. Long wait and careless with driving cars in a small and awkward spaces. Not surprised other reviews have complained about damage.
