Usa Hand Car Wash

Went to get car wash. Been going for over 6 years. Maybe as lockdown has eased the service is not great. But the car wash was shambles. The owner was rude and swearing at a customer and they were rushing on every car. Not cleaning tyres, not using the right sprays, tyre shine apparently run out (despite it being closed for months), not washing properly and the drying part was not great either. On top of that - they expected full price. Hell NO. You cannot swear and be rude to customers. Poor service. Many other car wash places on Romford road where you will get respect. Avoid these unprofessional people.

I used to use this car wash all the time when I was at College and University. Today I returned after more than 10 years and I have to say, the quality of the clean here is exactly how I remember it- above any others I've used. Everything is gone over thoroughly. Staff are friendly and attentive and have no issues if you point things out to them. A definite recommendation from me.

Absolute shambles, I came here 10yrs ago thinking the service will be the same or infact better, as this place has been around for well over 20yrs. Leaving mess around the seat runners, my windscreen was left more dirty compared to when I initially arrived, charged me £30 for a mini valet. I had to explain to the guys constantly what they're missing. Apparently I should tell the jet wash men where to clean ????. I had to go home and re do certain stuff.

Hands down the best car wash in London. You will only know when you come here and get your car washed. Highly recommended
