Just not a great experience. Very slow to get to my car. Once it got to my turn, the wash was not that great. For the same £20 car wash, at other East London car washes, I'd get the car polished too, but this was just a simple wash. The hovering wasn't done well. There was a point when one of the cleaners was at the steering wheel "cleaning" the dash board and he just sat there looking at the sky for about two minutes...

this car wash is most certainly NOT value for money. I have been using them for years, first they used to charge £10 plus gave you a card with 10 squares, if you had 9 squares stamped than the 10th car wash was FREE. The charges then went upto £12 and now its £15. I shall NOT be going there ever again.

They do a variety of things from washing the car to interior seat repairs

I have been bringing my cars here for over 17 years now and always received an excellent service from polite and friendly staff. I have never had cause to complain. My cars are always cleaned meticulously inside and out by experienced staff who know what they are doing.
I would not take my cars anywhere else.

Been going here the last 3 years and mostly has been a very good experience with no complaints however recently there have been new workers who clearly don't know how newer cars work. My car has electric memory seats with the buttons on the door card which they completely ignored and attempted to force my front seats back until I stepped in to show them. Could have caused 1000s of pounds in damage. Also when I got home I saw that the memory seat function was not working for the passenger side and upon inspection could see under the seat the wiring had been pulled out which must have happened when they yanked the carpet out! Won't be going here again till they get the original workers back!

I’ve been going to this carwash for 13 years now. Only carwash I take my cars to and trust them 100% with my keys or with my car having contents inside. They do a great job and really look after your car. The two owners are top guys and build an excellent relationship with customers, which always makes customers feel very welcome!

I went to the car wash and got a full valet and the new workers were bloody smoking in my car and my dad had to tell them to stop but thay said it's good to smoke and the worker said it in front of my cousin's which were 4 and 5 years old so I rate it a flipping 1 star

first of all the cleanness was good apart from rim of the boot lot of dust and stuff really visabe ( but only a minor thing)
what I fount disturbing as I drove in spoke to two different guys and didn't seem to speak any English hardly helpfull when your trying to tell them I want to look at prices first and they are already washing the car
so after speaking to someone who understood English I ask him for gold wash at £15.00
as the car wash being hovered I pulled a separate board from the boot because it needed hovering underneath the response was oh come on brother
which is odd as before I went there I read reviews like you would do most was pretty good came across one where one of your guys said this guy called me brother your response was we do not call anyone brother so am I lying too now?
as I went to pay by card for the 15 pound wash the guy taps in 20 pound I reply no 15 pound all of sudden his English becomes good and tells me you had full valet which guy next to him I'm taking it owner or manager at first says yes 20 pound which I reply it was not a full valet and I asked for gold wash which was 15 pound hence why I asked for someone who spoke English so I didn't get ripped of shame really as the wash was pretty good p.s the manager did back down and say £15.00 right so as that's the wash o asked for

My first time visiting, brought two cars on the same day so it was good to see their consistency. And I must say I am very impressed. My experience with car washes isn't good as a few years ago my car came out with scratches everywhere - but this place shines!
They use two bucket method - one for wheels and lower side skirts, and the other for the body of the car. I haven't seen any other place use that method apart from myself washing my own car. They also give the car a dressing of light snow foam and what looks to be traffic film remover for the lower half of the car. The interior cleaning is thorough and overall they treat cars with a gentle touch. I wouldnt go to any other place but here. Great customer service! If your local car wash doesn't use separate wash mits for upper and lower parts of the car - Leave them and come here
