Quite possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced.. I have high exacting standards.. I've been in the motor trade thirty years... My advice to anyone whingeing in other reviews herein.. Double check your engine code/numbers...Even I messed this up relying on the registration number (which in some cases isn't entirely reliable) I'm very happy with the components received.. Fabulous quality.. The communication with all staff has been exemplary, even when navigating issues with the order (which inevitably happen when car manufacturers build cars and vehicles "face-lift / update)... All incredibly well handled... Well done Don... Looking forward to a great working relationship with you all... Very impressed... High standard service, great prices... What's to get upset about?

What a joke, ordered a pair of empi cannon exhausts stated as new painted, was very annoyed by the state of them when they arrived and was promptly told they are all like that , you need to paint them with heat proof spray anyway... quality control- joke.....customer service - joke

Do not use these guys. They do not respond to any emails. Their reply email gives you a ticket number and says they will respond within 2 days. They do not respond ever. I ordered a product weeks ago and they took my money and it still hasn't left. They do not answer the phone or answer my emails regarding the product. They are taking money and not sending out products. They have become a scam business. Just check the latest reviews not just mine. Do Not Use Them...!!

don't be fooled by their promise of an EU warehouse. Everything is stored in UK and the Bremen warehouse is just a customs trick. My order from a month ago still hasn't left the UK. Honestly I would rather pay the customs fee and be back on the road then have the wait. Customer service doesn't respond until you get Paypal involved.

There add says free shipping with online orders over $200 US continental. I bought 2 semaphores for $359.90 and they charged me $75 for shipping. I also emailed them about the charge and they have yet to responded - over 5 days ago. I recevied my parts today, and the reciept verifies the shipping charge. Buy from CIP1 (Canada) if you can - never had any issues with them.

These guys need to sort out their customer service. They undoubtably have great employees, many of whom go the extra mile, and some unique products at often decent prices, but the way the business has organised itself of late is giving clients an EXTREMELY poor user experience and Heritage don't seem to give a toss. For starters, you can only call them before 1pm. If you call after 1pm you just get a recorded message stating to call back the next day. If you email them instead, it can take days for them to respond. The live chat on the website either takes ages to get through on, OR, as in today's instance...it's crashed altogether! Latest example of really poor service: I yesterday morning emailed 2 guys at Heritage whom I have literally spent thousands with in the resto of my bus in the last 6 months. I am on a discount status so can't place orders online to get the discount. I didn't receive any call backs from that email, despite stating it was VERY urgent and I needed parts for next day. On that occasion I did get through on live chat (after not receiving the call back) but had 9 people in front of me. I got through and the operator then had one of the guys I deal with call me back. They rushed the order through before their strict 4pm cut off, and the next day, late in the day, it arrives. But only half the order has arrived! Angry does not even start to describe how I feel right now. We have 5 guys awaiting final paint stages and refitting of engine and box to my bus that now has been delayed at least another 2 days because of this lack of customer service and attention to detail. I should have stuck with JK and Schofields. Very, very poor. Shame on you Heritage.

Just after having a very bad experience with this company today. Order parts off them on the 12th jan 2021. Order went threw no problem totally of €125.41 inc shipping. Everything was great parts arrived via dhl very quickly so I was happy. I had to pay customs when they arrived into Ireland €20.05 all in so not so bad. Opened the box 3 parts we’re missing so I called them. The guy I was talking to was very nice and said yes he could see they were on back order and that I had paid for them and they would be shipped out to me as soon as they were back in stock a no extra cost to me. So a couple of weeks have passed and no parts have arrived. Then yesterday I got an email from them to say that they need payment for one of the part or the order will be cancelled . I called them today to find out what is happening. A lady on the phone said that I’ve not paid for the parts that were on back order and that she explains and said that I couldn’t have paid for an item that was out of stock. I’ve checked the invoice I’ve paid for them. That’s that she said. And if I want them I’ll have to pay for customs and shipping as well. Also one of the parts I paid for is still not in stock. This is not good enough I’m very annoyed by all this. I’ve sent an email to them with the invoice showing I’ve paid for all products listed (inc items I didn’t receive) also sent Proof that the money came out of my account. No one will email me back. Very frustrating.

Unfortunately I can not leave 0 stars. Ordered a part online, later to find out it had been cancelled from a supplier. This is after having to chase up for the outstanding deliveries, one undelivered item was in stock and who would know whether it would be sent if I didn't chase up? They didn't provide any help such as letter me know how I will get my money back or providing me with an alternative part. Not to mention the product is still on the website, terrible customer service. Fortunately, Google Reviews is around these days, as is FaceBook and word of mouth in a tight community. Thankfully there are other suppliers who provide better service.

Really useful to have classic vw parts local to me. They have most parts you may need. Quality of most parts good to excellent, some not so good. Body panels in particular are a mixed bag. Anything with the K label on it are troublesome to fit.

Absolute SHAME! I wrongly ordered an item but immediately asked for cancellation by e-mail (5 minutes only after the order). I have been replied that the item was already sent! Ridiculous! So I had to waste 10€ to send the stuff back and they refunded the thing of course without shipping costs so 25€ lost just because of a shameful business policy. Never again!!

To all my VW friends... I have used Heritage Parts Centre for many years for both mine and my customers vehicles and I have been very pleased until now. I'm building a 1600 for one of my own vehicles. Cut a long story short, final fitment of the flywheel after setting the crankshaft end float and the threads pick up and basically it's ruined the crankshaft and the gland nut. This is a CB Performance counterbalanced crank. All the parts I've ordered i have asked for the best available. When I checked my order I discover they've supplied a cheep n nasty Brazillian gland nut. I informed Heritage of what has happened and they came back saying that this has happened because I used a nut gun instead of a torque wrench. I have CCTV footage that proves that a nut gun has not been anywhere near it. In fact, each step of the way for setting up the end float the gland nut has been torqued to no more than 75 NM. The setting up of the end float has taken longer as the end float shims Heritage sells are not the correct thickness. Final torque of the gland nut is 250 ft lbs (in excess of 300 NM. This gland nut has been nowhere near the final torque setting and this happened. Heritage have basically told me to go do one. This has cost many man hours as I've had to strip the engine down and start again. Although Heritage have pleasant staff and the parts arrive nice and quick, the after sales Sucks and some of the parts supplied are not fit for purpose!! The last time I use them. And yes.....I have waited to hear what Heritage have to say before naming and shaming. Off to see my lawyer! Please do spread the word. Anyone else had issues???

Stranded in England with an broken down Dynamo. Called the guys from VW Heritage and got Paul on the phone. What a customer service, he made me an account, guided me by phone through the payment and shipped the dynamo the same day to the garage nearby my holiday adress.
