I never write reviews but I felt compelled to. The staff were so friendly (both Calv in the office and Austin who collected my vehicle) and helped me scrap my car with ease. They sorted all the paperwork and the payment was received the same day. Not only was this easy, the price for the scrap was also more than I was expecting. A great friendly service! Would highly recommend!

One of the worst scarp yard I've ever seen it. I have been there quite few times but they're not helpful and not friendly at all. Once I asked for coolant tank Cap for peugeot partner and the guy I believe he's in charge there told me go take it off from that car and I asked him how much he said £5 pounds it's cheap cheap where the Brand new one from Peugeot dealer is for £5.50. I said £2 pounds but he got angry and threw the cap away rather than taking the money. I didn't even know if the cap sealant is ok or not. I just left the place quietly and walked off. Come on guys there's not need to waste. I know £2 not alot but it's better than throw it away and waste it. Also it could help me as well but I ordered a brand new for £5.50 and since then no water leaks from the cap. Some people thinks little money is nothing but that's not true if you look after a penny then a pound look after itself. I hope that guy changes his attitude towars customers and be open minded. I might need a car parts from them where I could pay hundreds of pounds!

If you're not in the trade don't bother wasting your time here. I needed a few minor trim parts for a 2012 Toyota Yaris. However I was rudely informed an 8 year old vehicle was "too new" to have any spare parts and was told to try on ebay then I was promptly ushered out the door.

I needed a replacment radio/cd for my car. I rang HCS and was informed they had one for the year model. Went along and was told the radio/cd player hadn't been tested. Solution, he wired it into my car to test. Worked perfectly, installation free. All done with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who didn't think it funny that I didn't have the correct name for a specific part and who knew what "a thingy that attaches the front bumper" was.
In the future this will be my first port of call for any spare parts rather than eBay. Give them a call, they will probably have what you need, judging by the huge amount of stock in the shop.

Thank you for looking after the environment and keeping motoring costs low. I have always used them for parts including good quality grade A car tyres. Kevin is just an amazing guy. He should have been a Father Christmas (Santa). I am sure he would have put smiles on everyone’s face in Brighton and hove.

Purchased a replacement CD player for my car and paid extra for them to fit it. It was only once they had finished and I was about to drive away that I realised they had stolen a section of interior trim from my car!! I went straight back in to reception to reclaim what was mine. Bunch of thieves!! AVOID!!

Impolite, cocky and unhelpful. I bought a 2nd hand battery from them which would not hold its charge. I believe the return was within three months but they said the illegible scrawl in crayon on the side said it was three weeks out of warranty. They obviously don't test the batteries they sell otherwise they would have known, or maybe they did. Won't use them again. Cowboys.
