I'm glad the company were so rubbish at answering their emails and didn't pick up their phone as reading the reviews I think it was a blessing.
I used the online email service asking about a car cleaning and had a super quick reply quoting £65 rather than the £59 quoted on their website ????. When I tried to clarify and confirm a booking I heard nothing in reply.
Probably just as well they never got back to me, a bullet dodged by the sounds of it!!

Was slightly disappointed with their workmanship. I expected a professional valet - certainly not what I received. Should have stuck to my regular mobile car detailing firm in Kensington. They might be a bit pricey but their workmanship is fabulous. Really hope car cleanic improves or it'll be the last time I attend.

Under no circumstances should you use this company. Not only do they do a poor job, they will ignore you after they've taken your money. They will encourage you to pay with cash so you have no means of recouping your money. An Eastern European man and woman turn up in a silver car with barely any equipment and did nothing more than make the seats slightly damp. I was told they would come back to sort it our properly, they never turned up. I've tried calling this morning, it appears my number is now blocked. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If anyone is trying to find them, I know one of the cleaners is based in the Harrow area. On their website they do not post their legal company name, which they are required to by law. This again makes me think they are not running a legitimate service. The reviews on their site are entirely fake. I'll be doing my best to report this "company" to the relevant authorities

I wish I would have seen these reviews upfront.
The guy and a women turned up at 2:30 for a 2:00 PM booking.
Asking me to provide a power socket, two buckets of water, and moaning that It's raining ( which was actually 4-5 drops of water) and saying that they can't work in rain etc etc. It was absolutely frustrating as I had called them twice before booking and was never told of these demands. Absolutely zero and pathetic service and very bad attitudes.
I was lucky to cancel this immiditely but defintely wasted my 2-3 hours in moving everything out of the car to preapare the same for them, arranged kids to go to another place.....
I would suggest people, to not use this company even for free, they are probably looking for easy money and running a scam, trying their luck.
NONONONONONO....I will be reporting them to authorities and trading standards.

Just called them on the phone as on their website they are selling themself as they are opened until 11pm. The guy who answered first of jas quoted me the job higher than his price list on the website and secondly he told that after 5pm he can send the staff to my home as the shop is closed.
Totally misleading website. Totally wrong info on their website. Be careful if you deal with them as they try to increase the prices. Not surprised of their low feedback on Google.

A bunch of unprofessional scammers who are claiming people’s hard earned money in return for a bodge job. They drive around in a silver saloon with Romanian number plates and speak no English. They should be banned from any work whatsoever because they’re useless but quick for the money. Don’t use them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give 0 I would! I paid £60 for a full interior clean and specifically asked if some stains could be removed. They were all still very visible following the supposed 'clean'. After discussing this with them they asked me to send them pictures and said they would discuss with a manager and get back to me. They have not done so and have since been avoiding and ignoring my phone calls and emails.

Rang and booked this for 2x carpet cleaning about 2/3 weeks ago, received an email confirmation. Day and time arrived, but no one came. Rang the company twice before someone got back to me (Marek...?!) was told by the gentleman no drivers had reported delays to them, but they would ring and find out where my cleaner was as it was 30 minutes past my appointment, another 30 minutes went by with no call back, I tried ringing again and was constantly hung up on. Top notch service, didnt even arrive. Just so happy I didnt prepay as I can assume by the other reviews that it wouldnt have been worth my money anyway. Lesson, always read reviews first.

I'm only sorry I did not read the reviews first here on other sites. Not worth the money. The guy did give me some money off as I refused to pay 60 pounds, which was good customer service, but the service overall is not worth it. They do not deliver at all and now ready the other reviews I hpe my car doesn't take 4 days to dry! Really disappointed.

Shockingly poor carpet cleaning - emailed the same day to ask if they could please send another cleaner. They have stopped responding to my emails and phone number just rings off constantly. Paid cash, no receipt.

Not professional at all.
Everything booked and confirmed for me to have my sofas cleaned, the driver/cleaner simply didn't show up. No phone call and I took a day off work for this. Very disappointed. I don't recommend to anyone. I don't want to imagine how bad the cleaning would have been if the cleaner turned up.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. he upholstery of the car is still not clean of marks, there was no time taken to the door panels or the dashboard as they said. The man who came to do the job did not speak English so I was not able to communicate clearly with him. The seats were left soaking wet so at the time I could not see the remaining marks until it dried 3 days later. The job was rushed from start to finish. JOKE OF A COMPANY.

I booked for the seats in my car to be deep cleaned. I paid sixty pounds. When they finished, I checked the car and it was soaking wet. When I asked them if they had a function on their machine to suck up excess water they replied that the wetness was normal and would dry in a couple of hours, which seemed unlikely. Four days later, the car was just about dry! Having been wet for four days it now absolutely stinks and we are going to need to get it cleaned again . I've called them eight times now to ask for a refund, but still they haven't given me a solution. Avoid at all costs.

'Cleaner arrived in an old banger of car and bargain basement, Poundland upholstery machine cleaner, which I myself was made to fill up with hot water. The seats were left soaking wet and once dry (4 days later) the original coffee stain was more prominent then ever.
Predictably, once payment is made they'll ignore your calls. Honestly, DON'T USE this company and go to your local car wash instead for half the price.

Avoid ! At all cost! Rip off romanian scammers. unregistered company no vat arrived in a car not a van ! total bodge job. contact trading standards take vehicle registration that be foreign too should set alarm bells ringing as soon as you see ! if you booked and you see theses reviews turn them away! or you be ripped off be warned.

PLEASE move on to another cleaning company for your own benefit. We paid £80 for a full interior clean and I came home to find mud, hair, and years old dirt still left inside. NO products where used. Not even a magic tree to say they had been there.
After a complaint someone arrived to fix it. He asked what the problem was then before I knew it when my back was turned, he had got in his car and drove off.
Unbelievable service.
Just go on to the next cleaning firm ????

I also wished I had read some reviews before calling this company out. A poor job although, I will say the man and woman were at the job for 2&1/2 hrs. They still missed areas. I pointed them out and then was told they , don't do the ceiling although, it is stated in thee website - I called the office abasaid I was not happy to pay £79!! I offered and eventually handed over £65. This I have found still to be to much, as a couple days later I noticed axes they hadn't bothered to clean, corners of seats, and under seats (the bars had dust on them) plus the ceiling of car, which should have been done.
I sent an email complaining about service and have heard nothing.
This company is nothing but an extension of the car cleaners we find locally now, and using flash words and an email site to make them appear more up market.....THEY ARE NOT!!
WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
