I've been there today. The car washed roughly, did not even touch the threshold, the rear bumper and the area around the license plate. My car is black and it looks terible! Now I came home and I have to wash my car again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Really good wash. The crew was attentive and did a really good job. Removed the mats when cleaning the interior and also cleaned the windows inside out. They used a spray on polish after they dried the car which gave it a very nice shine. I’ve been meaning to find a good hand car wash in the area and this is definitely it. Will visit again.

I am the lady with mini and baby. I've been here over a year ago due to not driving. I came then and it was good before
Today I am sorry but I very disappointed the customer service was so poor, only one man was trying to be responsive which I appreciate as he struggled to understand. But the rest scrunch up their face and made rude gestures , rolling eyes and not explaining procedures (where to drive)
Not only that but they rushed and did a half job all the stains were still there including fresh mud stains which easily come out with a wipe.
Theres even more dirt now due to unclean cloth on front seat and dripping product around interior and not polishing or drying. So now I have to go over everything and clean myself so disappointed! My cars also fairly new so theres no reason for it to look in this condition. Little effort. Only one man tried to wipe dirt out of seat on one side (which unfair for him hes only one stay behind when it was blatant I was not happy.
Only good thing was the outside and it's been raining so wasnt much work

Julian Hand Car Wash is exactly what it says on the tin; it's a hand car wash supposedly by a man by the name of Julian. I take my car here regularly for a wash, and with Julian Hand Car Wash, a tenner will get you quite far. Just £10 will get you a full wash, dry, wheels waxed and your interior washed and hoovered to boot. If you're in need of a decent hand car wash, should you be so lazy as to do it yourself, look no further!

Terrible service. The wash was fine, though they left soap residue around the doors. The real problem was they ripped up the metallic trim around the inside of one of the doors. When I confronted the manager he denied anything to do with it accused me of lying. I always keep the car in perfect condition so I was appalled at their simple denial and refusal to fix what they broke.

A lengthy queue most weekends is review enough of the service, and the queue is the only downside. With a single road leading too and from the car wash, logistics can get very hectic. However catch them without a queue and it's one of the best around for a wash and clean inside and out.
