Pretty great customer satisfaction. A manager reached out to me to ensure that my car would be cleaned again, if the first one didn't do the job. Though I live far and won't be needing one for a little while, hearing this was heart-warming. Would recommend!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
I’ve been coming here since they opened since I live in the neighborhood. I’ve been an unlimited member off and on for 2 years. I will never go again though, as my car was one of 6 cars damaged in an incident when the wash broke and pushed all of the cars through the exit door that fell off the track. The workers were not paying attention as 6 cars IN A ROW were damaged despite there being cameras everywhere. Management has not been helpful or responsive with issues arising from this, i.e. no one reached out with insurance information I had to bug them for it, they charged me for my monthly membership despite me canceling it almost a month ago.
Clearly they do not value quality here, as this is a new car wash yet very cheaply put together, and not in a great location in terms of how much space you have to enter/exit the wash. Find another car wash!

Vacuums cost $2 if you're not a member but work pretty good. Car wash itself was also decent and gave that nice shine (if you choose the $25 option)

I used the vacuum. The price is fair for vacuum. But the strength of the device was very low. To clean, you have to repeatedly drag and hold the vacuum over the surface several times to completely clean the area in your car.
The car floor mat cleaner was very good.

I have a membership and it makes all the difference. If you love your car make sure you get one too. Free vacuum, unlimited washes and the staff is friendly and great.

TESLA owners! This is not the place for you! The drive though car wash will not wash the bumpers of the cars. The wash will not get into any concave part of the car. If this flaw could be fixed I would recommend because the parts that did get clean look great. But it’s definitely not worth $25 for a wash and have you car still covered in salt.

Overall a good place to wash your car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I pay $30 per month for unlimited washes/vacuum and wash my car once per week. This is the second cheapest plan and includes wheel and undercarriage washes. My only complaint is that the vacuum, while adequate, is not as strong as it is at Premier car wash.

A great modern carwash with great equipment. You're in and out in under 5 minutes, even with a full line. The guys are great and the unlimited plan is a great deal - makes it easy to wash whenever my car is dirty!

i have a monthly pass and it is so convenient to go in and out for a quick car wash. But make sure you get the monthly pass from this location. I got the one from Framingham but the scanner can't read it. They gave me another one and it works very well

I like this place, but my car was really dirty; it's been a rough spring. It took me two rounds with the vacuum to make it all the way through to satisfactorily clean up the floors and trunk. The wash was a little fast and consequently wasn't able to remove some extra difficult presents from our feathered friends, but the rest of the car was clean enough to be happy with.

The ultimate wash made my car run even better because it washes the underneath where rust may be...best value is getting the packages vaccums are really powerful and stay on for enough time to slowly clean your vehicle and the staff is amazing????????????

This location used to have the old self-serve bays, but they tore those down and put in a sparkling new modern automated car wash. There are spots for vacuuming your floors. Of course those spots are full during busy times. There is also a dedicated machine that you feed your floor mats into in order to have them cleaned by carpet brushes. The car wash itself does a good job and they have multiple options, plus a monthly subscription plan. Convenient for a quick wash if driving by!

Not professional. Employees Don’t use logic while queuing the car. Manger was not there onsite.We were first time customer for scrubadub. We found that Instructions are not proper. Small space to move around.Won’t go there again.

Wash is great but drying so so. If you have an SUV, the complete back does not get dry. Soap suds are the normal. None of the dryers are aimed at the back. They are all ceiling mounted facing down. The back has to be completely hand dried. Water everywhere. Very poor design for only a year old. Why aren’t there dryers on the framework directly facing the back. I have a Tahoe but this issue common for vehicles that have a straight back with an overhang. Invest in at least 2 dryer vents on the very first section of the framework about 5-6’ off the ground angled towards Faneuil St. It would help.

Every single day I go this place to have my ride shine as a platinum, very affordable plans and best is you can go as many times you want in a single day, hot air dryer could be more efficient in order to blow water residue from the car, but mo one have create that special hot air blower that dries completely your car, but a nice place

Absolutely horrible customer service.
The manager Alex is rude. They have QR scanner but they want you to put their sticker on your car so they make sure you only wash That I understand, but I don’t want to pit a sticker on my car. Simply I want to use the QR.
Alex, the manager started yelling and saying we can’t trust customers and you have to put the sticker or I cancel your membership. He also didn’t give me a full refund when I asked for it .
This is absolutely terrible customer service.

New in the area and decided to get my car interior clean paid over $30 and sat down to wait while done 5 minutes later guy said he was done???????? I checked out the car and still crumbs on leather seat and cup holder... asked guy to please clean a bit better and he used the air vacuum and blew on seats for like 1 second???? I ended up cleaning it my self after arriving home.

Absolutely terrible experience every time I go, I am a unlimited number. This location is constantly close down, the manager and the staff is incredibly rude and do not provide answers to any questions. The machines rip off when she’ll wipers and scrub a dub refuses to credit or replace anything even when it is their fault. The staff that they hire are very lazy and will not help customers out when they are in line. They are not knowledgeable or trained. I am very disappointed.

THE most convenient car wash! Their new facilities are fully automated but the older ones still have a few manual tasks by the associates. Would recomend the $24 monthly subscription if you have one of their facilities near your home. It is totally worth it!

Hi-- Yesterday morning I woke up to someone having egged my car while parked overnight in downtown Boston. I was really distraught and I don't have the means or the time to clean it properly. I drove to Scrub a Dub in Brighton because it was the only car wash I knew as a Brighton resident. Eli was working and he went above and beyond with customer service, advising me and helping me wash it off. I just want to let you guys know how much I appreciated it and how it changed my mood around so much. Please thank him once again for me!

It's like any other car wash. Someone is always there to assist. We went there on Saturday afternoon and it was crazy busy, couldn't do the vacum. The most basic wash was about $20
