Best car wash in Boston. I used to detail cars myself but now that I work a corporate job and no longer have a space at home to do it myself, this is the only place I trust. I've been going here for 6 years, once a year for my annual fall detail to protect my paint from the salt in the winter and throughout the year to keep my baby clean. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place that leaves you feeling like your money was well spent!

It’s an okay-ish place, decent wash. Everything is done fast, but I’d say too fast. There were spots left and actually the wheels and disks came out even dirtier than when I drove in. The wash is quite pricey but I’m still gonna give it another shot just to see if it was a one-time-thing or a consistent flaw

Amazing service. Fast and super clean. There were around 7-8 people help with interior car cleaning. Very good price for the service. I called them in advance to make sure if I needed an appointment or not. Just stop by and they make you feel like you have a brand new car. : D

I went there the first time recently and got “the works full service”. It was quite a easy and relaxing experience. They ask you which service add-on you desire, I felt like my needs were satisfied. My car hasn’t been washed for month, and it came out quite nicely. The only complaint I have is the car wasn’t completely dried up afterwards, there are water and detergent residue on windshield and rear seats, it’s small issue, but they were that close from being perfect. Overall for 40 bucks, it’s worth every penny in my book.

They definitely deserve a five star rating! Very friendly and honest staff that take great care of your car and make it look amazing! The staff drive your car through the wash while you wait in a little gas station area. You can watch the whole process, and when the car comes out of the wash, they give it a careful hand drying. Best car wash around!

The best car wash I have ever been to. They have a variety of prices to accommodate everyone. I always go with the full service where they vacuum, wash, dry, and clean the interior of the car. A one stop car wash. Cannot get better than this place. Highly recommend them. Staff super nice.

This was always a good place where you could get a car wash that included an interior cleaning as well for a good price but the last time I went I paid for premium cleaning and would have been disappointed had I only paid the usual $23-27 or so. Something important had been overlooked. Most disappointingly there is no way to send feedback to ACW directly other than to phone or write a Google review --- no e-mail address or web form on their site which I would prefer, personally.

I had my car washed here and found this scratch and hitting mark after I drove home. They didn’t call me back and I didn’t see the video. I called the number they gave me and the operator always asked me who I wanted to talk to. I told her I wanted to talk to someone in charge, then she said she couldn’t pass on my call. Is that my responsibility to know who I should talk to? I hope they can show me the video in person that would be better!

Convenient and quick service especially if you live in the city and want an interior and exterior clean that also includes under the car washing. However the service and quality can be spotty and inconsistent. The late time I was there the crew was honking me as i was trying to reset up the car seats for my kids after the wash before being able to drive of the lot!

Website says that all cars receive a soft cloth wash. There were two lines when I showed up and both led right to the auto wash so my car did not receive a soft cloth wash. The drying was also just done with normal hand towels and not microfibers. My car was not dry and when I got home I had to rewash certain parts where water dried on. I bought the exterior protection wash.

My family has been coming here for year and it’s the best deal around for an excellent wash. But I was disappointed when I took my car in to get specifically my rims cleaned and the job was not up to the Alston car wash standard. It only cost $5 more to have them done but still disappointed.

I love this place! Definitely the best car wash in the area. I've been coming here for 5+ years and keep coming back. I bring both my personal vehicles and my business vehicles here. I no longer live in Brighton, but when I need a car wash this is where I come! The location on Cambridge Street is super convenient to get to. Very friendly staff and they always do a great job!

This is the best bang for your back car wash in the entire Boston area. They will wash every surface inside and out for under 50 bucks. If you want full detail, call a few days ahead. Worth the drive from anywhere in the city.

I’ve been looking for a good car wash and my sister said that I should try Allston Car Wash because she took the other car there and they washed and vacuumed it well. So I decided to bring the other car for a wash. Got the full service package for $40.50 and I was disappointed with the wash. The inside was vacuumed well but there was bird poop on top of the car, and the front bonnet and I didn’t notice it was still there after the wash until I got home. The rims were not clean properly, the glass had a lot of dry water marks on it even though they had about four people drying it. I can’t see under the car so idk about the undercarriage wash and rust inhibitor. Other than the bird poop and the rims the car looks shine lets hope that the clear coat sealer, hold up.
