Excellent Valet service Car wash is amazing ???? All I can say is WOW

BEWARE! Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone using this car wash or valeting centre if they cherish their vehicle. I took my Nissan GTR to the Chelsea Cloister car wash to get washed, after having it professionally machine polished by a professional valeting centre in London two months before.. I explained to the Carwash manager that the Nissan GT-R paint is notoriously soft and asked him if he could use brand new mitts and brand new drying cloths to clean the car. I explained that if new mitts are not used the car would scratch very easily causing marring. He explained to me confidently that "we wash all types of supercars and we know what we are doing". I felt confident that they understood the requirement for my car and happily left it with them for 2 hours. To my horror when I came back to pick the car up later the whole car was scratched and marred, clearly from using substandard cleaning materials and equipment. I then looked into the car wash bay and saw the kind of equipment they were using which was shocking to say the least. I got the contact number of the owner of the company Charles and he told me that he would fix the problem and he would get his team to re polish my car. I have been trying to arrange meeting him for the last month. We finally arranged a meeting for today (22/03/19) and when he answering the phone to me he put it down and now is ignoring all my calls. I went and inspected his polishing equipment while waiting for him today he they are also using an old fashioned rotary polisher, which as anyone knows in the industry causes uneven paintwork. Even if they would offer me a free polishing service there is no way I would allow it to happen using an old rotary polisher, not a dual polishing machine. The fact that this owner of the company is ignoring his responsibility for destroying the polishing work and care that was given to the car before, shows how much this company respects their customer's pride and joy. If anyone would like photographs of the equipment they use, from the washing equipment, to their valeting equipment, to the before and after pictures of my car, please contact me as I have all evidence to show. Again, please steer clear of this valeting centre if you cherish your car!
