Paid £30 for a “gold” to include a “hand polish” - not done as water marks left from drying. Boot not even hoovered which is on the cheap option, windows left with water marks from wash. Tyre shine not applied properly and where excessive not wiped off of wheels, says free air freshener included @ £20 & 30 didn’t get it. Wouldn’t have paid £10 for it. If you don’t care to complete a reasonable clean don’t offer an elevated one. This was a wash at best with a wipe of windows. Don’t go here

Price has gone up a fair bit over the last year or so, but they do a decent job. There can be a queue in which case come back later or you can hold traffic up around the place and be a bit unpopular

Popped to this car wash in my lunch break, paid £12 for a wash inside and out, but very unimpressed. The car is still dirty in places, including bird mess that’s not been removed. The inside wasn’t even that dirty so they could at least do a good job on the outside. Disappointing. Will not use again.

Average car wash just outside Clapham North Station. You can have as much as 5 people around your car and they always miss the most important which is attention to detail. It isn't cheap for a in and out cleaning (£17) and I would definitely expect the car to look spotless which isn't the case. Tried it for the 3rd time this week and service hasn't improved. Really a shame as the location is perfect.

Its more Tragic than Magic. Ive been going to this place on and off for 20 years but today i was overcharged and insulted by the manager. I specifically asked them not to use any products with chemicals in them as the car being cleaned has a mohair roof so i wanted it cleaned with just soap and water.
They proceeded to cover my car in a white detergent which they then hosed off without washing it with soap and water. I said i wanted the car also cleaning not just power hosing for my £8 exterior clean for which i was shouted at for asking for this!!
When they finished he charged me £10 even though the price is £8. He said he wanted more because he had to clean the roof!!
The car was ok but it wasn't wiped down well and they never touched the windows so they still have smear marks.
So an £8 clean is basically a 3 minute power hose - minus the roof!
He told me not to come back.... not a chance.
TRAGIC CAR WASH..... Good luck.

Rude. They were aggressive to me and condescending. They started cleaning my car and the increased the price by nearly double on the spot and said they would refuse to finish unless I paid. My experience of car valets in London has generally been good, but these cheats are the exception.Do not go here.

WORST CAR WASH EVER!!!!
Brought a second hand 7 seater so needed it throughly cleaned inside out...paid £80 YESSSS like a mug £80 for a £10 job...the car was still dirty inside and out...they were supposed to shampoo the seats hence y i left it with them all day....the seats weren't even touched! I had to argue with them and when the 5 men started threatening me i had to call my own backup to get some of my money back! NEVER AGAIN will i go bk to this sham of a car wash!!!

Typical unprofessional pop up business.
The price listing goes against Trading Standard rules. No matter what size your car, they charge you more according to how expensive your car is for a very basic exterior wash.
The level of cleaning is appalling, you may just as well use your own garden hose as this is all you get.
When I questioned the ridiculous pricing policy the guy shouted at me and violently slammed my car door shut!
No receipt supplied and cash only!!!
I suggest no one uses this outfit and hopefully it’ll be shut down soon.
Reported to Trading Standards and Lambeth Council.

Went this afternoon for a car wash. Thought try this place. Basic in and out wash £12. Which included tyre and dashboard shine.
Its a hand car wash and after they washed it could see still dirty dust smudge.
Wouldn't recommend felt like quick in and out get paid and on your way.

My usual place isn't open so came here. Got a basic wash inside and out for my ford cmax, which is a normal sized 5 seater.
After finishing the clean they said that the car was too dirty, and tried to charge me £25 for what their board said should be £14. When I questioned it, they said it was because it was a 7 seater. When I asked them to recount the seats, they said it was because it was an SUV. It is neither of those cars. Their board prices are by car size, not by how dirty the car is. I gave the guy £20 and will never go back.
Standard of the clean was OK for what I needed, but not worth the dishonest tactics.

Absoultely disgusted at the way I was treated as a paying customer...only wanted the inside cleaned! The "so-called" cleaning was rushed along with me to leave quickly and when approached the staff to say car is not cleaned properly, I was lectured on how much I should be paying to remove dog hairs - when this wouldn't have been an issue had I been told... I was in the end given the cloth and I started cleaning myself and asked for a refund as I cleaned the car to better standard and even then I was being rushed to leave. Such a disappointing service and will indefinitely not be going there or recommend others. Awful service!

Don't ignore bad reviews. It really is that bad.
They spent less than 5 minutes giving a superficial clean and light hoover.
Still dirt and dust everywhere.
No attempt at cleaning interior: dash/doors/interior/windshield/seats - all still filthy. It's not like it was done badly, they just didn't attempt to clean it.
This was the "Gold" wash for £30
Go somewhere else, or use the vacuum at the filling station for a 3 minute, £2 vacuum.

Decent clean for £20 although they wanted to up the price cause the car was extra dirty.
But they were really rushing even though there wasn't much of a queue and I still did a bit of finalisation afterwards to have the car completely clean

Paid for gold car wash inside and out. They didn’t even hoover the boot! Was so dirty. Also asked them to move the car seats and clean underneath but still loads of dirt under there. Was not impressed. Will not come back or recommend

Worst experience. Car WASH? Not even a car Wipe. Lovely lads very attentive to what I asked for, but then even they were embarrassed at the manager's behaviour. It was obvious. He rushed them onto the next car. Like the previous one didn't matter. Car was not even dusted off. Dirt and greese still everywhere. I called to give them a heads-up that i will leave a review for those reasons, the manager/boss as he called himself told me that if I needed it to be cleaned on the inside it would be £100 and I have to leave the car. I said it says £30 on the wall and I can have it there and then. He said feel free to complain if you want to. I said I would only pay £12 he said '£15, maybe even £20'. Flaming hell! This was a second chance but never again. Boys don't waste your abilities there. I was ready to tip you. But that 'boss'. Shame.

To be blunt, they were never great, but used to be OK and fine for a quick wash.. but now they put the price up and the wash has actually got worse, I’ve given them a few last chances recently, but no more. They ALWAYS miss major bits, even obvious sections near the wheel arches, bumper and the most of the mags. Just laziness. You’d maybe put up with it if it was much cheaper but it’s not...

If they are busy, they miss bits of your car. Price has gone up to £6 which is a bit of a pain to get the cash together compared to a fiver as it was before.

They are fast but not that careful. I had my car washed when it was raining and I didn’t notice that they had not cleaned all the dirt off until later, and they didn’t bother drying it after the wash either.

I had a terrible experience today. They only hovered the passenger side and not my side when I mentioned to the manager he said why are you complaining so much and kissed his teeth at me. I left with tears in my eyes. For £15. Never again
