Excellent Service . Highly Recommended 5* service and car looked better than when I first bought it

Booked this valet as was told it would really spruce the car up but would also remove some of the minor scratches and dullness that the paintwork had accumulated over a few years. The finish is pretty good but all it boils down to is an incredibly expensive car wash. I didn’t feel the pricing was very transparent. Told it would take 4-5 hours, actually took 6. Significant when you are paying £65 per hour. The person who came round to do the job couldn’t complete it on the day because he hadn’t eaten and felt dizzy (?). I had to pay for the time that he had to stop because it was raining!?! Took at least 3 attempts to arrange him finishing the job for various reasons so there was over a week between starting and finishing the job. Insult to injury - the firm charge 5% if you pay via a card, even a debit card!
