I have just brought my 3rd car from Tony and as previously the selection of cars available in my price range was excellent. Having had my last car written off I was struggling to arrange collection. Tony arranged all the paperwork, tax, warranty etc and delivered it to my home after work. Thank you Crosspoint would highly recommend.

The chap who was expecting my visit tried his very best to put me off test driving because of the faff of preparing cars for others after. However he assumed I knew nothing about diesel cars and told me that it was perfectly normal for a diesel car to push out clouds of diesel after it's been sat for a few weeks. Well I have had diesel cars for years and even during lockdown when they sat unused for months did any of them do that. He then told me that another car I was also going to test drive elsewhere was rubbish and I'd hate it which was a bit unnecessary.
He is very helpful and quite friendly and quite happy to help you find the car you want and should I need to source another car I would go back to him without any qualms it's just that this car I looked at was not what I wanted in the end. And he was a bit disingenuous about describing the cars to me....possibly thinking women don't know much about cars.... But he has good cars in stock on the whole and he's well worth a visit.

Manager was offsite but we were met by member of staff, who stopped what he was doing and gave us his full attention. Owner arrived back and welcomed us to his sales. A gentleman from old school of customer service, could not do enough to help. YES I would recommend Crosspoint to anyone that's looking for their next car. Bought a car from them in January and I’ve done nothing but put things right since ! £1200 of stuff. I wouldn’t go back to them if they were the only dealer in the country. Poor customer relations and false information given this car had NOT been look after at all .
