I am a very pleased patient of Care Birmingham. The embryology and nursing team are doing exceptionally well. I would like to mention the charismatic Dr Rajkhowa especially, who stood by me till the end. Her professionalism, experience and skills are exceptional and very inspiring. If she is your doctor means you are in right hands. I cant thank her enough for what she has done for me. Bless her!
I would also like to thank Bev, Anne, Clair, and Danielle for being so informative and supportive throughout this emotional journey of my life. I am very delighted to confirm that I am 8 weeks pregnant. I hope everything goes well till the end.

Had such a positive professional experience. The staff were all just wonderful, made me feel at ease and I could not have asked for more. The information given was thorough, the options and then the updates via the online portal and response to phone calls was exceptional. So poor service,consulting advisor just wanted to end the chat ,he didn’t call us on time on Skype we contacted to the clinic ,our video call changed to phone appointment .he said we received a letter ,after 14 days I haven’t seen any letter about our necessary documents.they just upload some leaf let which is possible to search in different website .they aren’t honest .the prices on the website was half of real price they sent to me .laying,not responsibility ,not professional .I think they just waste couples time and money without any respect .I

My partner and I could not recommend Care Birmingham enough. Throughout our care the team were truly brilliant. Always going that extra mile to make you feel as though you are a priority and not just a number. Currently 24 weeks pregnant after our first Ivf transfer was successful and we will definitely return in the future. Thanks so much

It’s difficult to put into words the incredible gift CARE has given my little boy. His dreams came true when he came to the hospital to meet his little brother shortly before Christmas. The combination of CARE’s welcoming admin team, the diligent and caring nursing staff (who kindly addressed my many questions), the highly skilled embryologist and the dedicated and ever calm Dr Rajkhowa made my dream a reality. Thank you for giving us a wonderful Christmas present and great beginning to 2020.

We could not have asked for a better service, all the staff, the receptionists, the nurses, the embryologists, the consultants were absolutely fantastic. We were treated like part of the family and even when we didn't get pregnant the first time we still had absolute faith in the team and they helped us to stay positive. They were all happy to answer any questions or concerns we had which were few and far between as the information provided was very clear and thorough. I had to use the out of hours phone line on a couple of occasions and the information given set my mind instantly at ease even when I thought I had lost our baby. We are now 12 weeks pregnant today and extremely happy, thank you team xxxxx

Can't recommend highly enough. This was my second attempt at IVF after using another clinic for the first and finding that service terrible. Care could not do enough, treated me and my partner with respect and dignity, they were patient with my many questions and the process pace was perfect for us. Our son was born first attempt with care and we have further embryos frozen for further attempts at siblings should we decide to expand our family in the future. The clinic is spotless and the staff are lovely.

Today we booked our consultation with Care following a wonderful discussion with Lauren Barker on the phone. We are writing this review as this is the first time we have felt listened to and understood in over 12 months. Her information was invaluable and we now feel positive about treatment going forward. Thank you Lauren for being so understanding and amazingly helpful via email too! A credit to the organisation.

Me and my Partner had the initial consultation, and after receiving the information we decided to go for the 2 cycle package at Care Fertility Birmingham (Jan 19).After various appointments and my partner going through it all,we had the appointment for the big day!! Up until this point, communication was adequate.
Unfortunately the fertilised embryos didn't implant and the first cycle failed.
I called to let them know the ivf had failed on 20/5/19.
It is now 3/12/19 and we STILL haven't heard a thing from them!! (Maybe because we didn't contribute to their "success " figures!?).
This is absolutely disgusting. When a couple have devastating news and not even a phone call or email 7 MONTHS LATER!!
Yes we still have one embryo fertilised at their facility but we won't be using it.
Wouldn't recommend due to inadequate follow up .
Ironically CARE .....DON'T!!!
Oh and my partner is now 28 weeks pregnant naturally!!
So if your ivf is a success I assume they stay in contact. If it fails..... as I said 7 MTHS later......still nothing.

We have had a fantastic experience at care. The staff really made it for us. We were reassured all the way and they couldn't do enough to put our anxieties at ease. We felt supported and seen as unique individuals.
The new building is impressive complimenting the professionalism of care.
We have had two previous unsuccessful rounds through the NHS (not leaving us with much hope) and we can now say that we have a miracle on the way.

I wish there were more stars!! - I honestly cannot put into words how wonderful Dr Rajkhowa, Mandy Godwin and all the teamat care really are. From the first time I attended, battered and bruised from VERY poor medical treatment elsewhere, I was treated with care, kindness and nothing was too much trouble. To say I was a complicated customer is an understatement yet this was never reflected even a whole year down the line when treatment was still on going to give us the best chance. A couple more months passed and we managed it. It worked and now 9 months down the line i have the most precious miracle and my miracle would still be no more than a dream if it wasn't for these wonderful people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... in fact I have already recommended to 2 people and will continue to do so. I can only say thank you, although that will never be enough.

Wow!! Would give this clinic more! After 3 failed IVF attempts elsewhere, decided to give Care Fertility a try. Found the staff very friendly and professional. Spoke to the senior doctors and decided a way forward. Our IVF treatment was successful and wife is now nearly 13 weeks pregnant!!! Cannot believe it and cannot thank Care Fertility enough. Would highly recommend to anyone who is considering IVF. But do bear in mind that IVF is not cheap wherever you go and costs also depend on your personal treatment plans, as we found out for ourselves.

They cancelled my partners meeting 2 hours before her first appointment saying the surgeon was operating, why make the appointment in the first place. Sent personal details to her doctors address instead of her home address in effect messing up confidentiality. Not impressed at all considering the sensitive nature of this type of work. We have subsequently booked elsewhere and had a much better experience.
