I have no stars to recommend as the wife of a AAA TOW TRUCK DRIVER. The California headquarters felt it necessary to eliminate any AAA facilities in the state of MISSOURI effective 5/31/21.
All I can to those whom have AAA insurance, GOOD LUCK WITH THE SUB CONTRACTS!!!

I'm so glad we had AAA the Sat 09-12-2020 afternoon. Otherwise we probably still be stranded in a bad spot off I-55N. The tow truck driver I had was named Doug McNutt. He came as quickly as he could and was right on time. He was very considerate and polite as he helped us out. He was very prepared, having everything I needed. You could tell he really cares about the customer.
I would appreciate if you would compliment him for us. Great employee.

I'm so glad I had AAA premium the other night, otherwise I'd probably still be stranded in a bad spot off I-70. The tow truck driver I had was named Mike (I'm almost positive, might have been Matt.) He came as quickly as he could and was right on time. He was very considerate and polite as he helped me in and out of the passenger side door, and even double checked the car to make sure the AAA tech didn't overlook anything. He was very prepared, having everything I needed, from extra envelopes and pens for leaving my key and info into the night slot to an extra cell phone charger. You could tell he really cares about the customer, making sure I took it all the way to the repair shop I like best and insisting that he drive me the rest of the way home. I enjoyed speaking with him during the ride home.

My technician was Timothy Wright. He was prompt and professional, it was Christmas eve if I remember correctly. Pretty simple task, cold weather killed my battery so his promptness was REALLY appreciated cause it was like 9 degrees outside. #AAAmemberforlife

I wouldn't let these guys around my family at all. There is a guy that works there at the Hazelwood AAA lic plate ZB6-U1T he's a thief. Either him and a co-worker from there, or him and a friend broke into my pickup parked near the Hazlewood, Mo AAA shop. Stole 2,300.00 worth of tools out of my bed box, broke my window out stole more tools. Even took my Dad's pictures. Won't trust a one of' em. Not around my house, my family or your vehicle. If they find out you have valuable property, while your gone they will break in and steal your stuff. I called the police made a report, found the car stalking my pickup. It was park at the AAA shop. Called the police again and reported what I just posted here. Derek Cook

Get the plus membership, keep it until one day you need it, then boom! Amazing service, friendly people, and quick towing/recovery.
Standing in the side of the highway is not the time to figure this stuff out.
