Worst experience ever ! Booked a presentation room for my team and some clients. Its seems this company is ran by the Leicester University since it uses their buildings. On arrival went to front desk they didn't even have us in their system so lots of confusion. Finally managed to get a room however presentation equipment wasn't working. Very rude staff who couldn't wait for us to leave.
Student and staff kept coming into the room since it was booked for teaching. This seems like another way for Leicester University to make money from empty rooms. [VERY DISAPPOINTED!]

Excellent conference Thank you - the delegates really enjoyed the yummy food, the facilities worked really well and a bonus with the inclusive AV and free car parking. Heather and the team were so helpful both prior and on the day - huge thank you to everyone and defiantly see you again soon
