Lovely small farm. Lots of different animals to feed, stroke and chat to. Very friendly and helpful staff. At the right time of year you can bottle feed the lambs too

Was was a good day out but not what I expected animal wise. Not somewhere I'd repeatedly return to. Nice little play area for the kids, however I found a 2 inch screw in the sand pit so soon took my child out of there. Cafe was tiny with very little selection of food with only cheese sandwichs available so me and my partner went hungry, luckily we had taken food for the little one.

Absolutely wonderful! My 18 month old daughter and I visited today, and we ran out of time to see everything, as we had to get home for lunch and a nap! She loved the animals, and throwing little handfuls of food (bought at the entrance shop) through the fences for them. She also went in a sandpit for the first time - there is 1 in the glasshouses and 1 at the cafe. The cafe sells drinks and snacks, including kids ranges like Organix. Absolutely brilliant place to visit, and we will be back! They also offer season tickets on site, which I'll be taking advantage of at our next visit. So glad to have somewhere so great close by.

We went there during the Halloween program week. It was a very good experience and the kids loved it. You can see many animals e.g chickens, donkeys, apacas, ducks, bunnies, etc. They have a reptile house too. Little vegetarian café with quite a good variety of food and drinks. We really enjoyed the Halloween decoration and activity for the kids. If you solved/answered the questions you will have the option to choose a little present. Pumpkins are also available. Highly recommended.

This is an old working farm which hasn't been updated to what 21st Century people expect of an attraction yet I loved it. I loved that the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The shop wasn't overpriced, there was plenty to do for the children, from football golf to animal petting to just being able to run about and have fun. We didn't visit the cafe but the smells coming from it were good. This is a truer example of don't judge a book by it's cover. Great for families or for school trips.

We went to see Father Christmas. He was really good. Was expecting the farm to be a little bigger but could spend a good few hours there.

It was good. Unfortunately because of covid nobody can touch or feed animals and this disappoints a bit ( not farm fault at all, just some weird times). They made everything good for people to visit in a safe way and there is a one way walk through the park. My 4 stars only because there was a lot of places where you could get stinging nettles closer to animals cages.. and as little ones wants to get walking and touching everything that was a tricky one for me and I got stung myself when trying to take a picture next to geese. Just a constructive feedback.

It's been 4 weeks since reopening after lockdown. (A hot day in August.) First impressions of the place in general were 'rustic' to be positive but in some areas a more pessimistic person could say 'marginally neglected'. Some areas were still closed off due to social distancing and there is no petting of smaller animals likely for the rest of 2020. The cafe was limited but nice with enough picnic benches outside and a little sandpit which keeps the kids busy while the adults have a sit and a coffee but again, limited access due to social distancing may be a struggle at busy times. (The 'hot' in "hot coffee" seems to be a fluid concept, though.) The walkways and signage were lacking in direction and information about animals. Clear feeding signs wouldn't go amiss as some animals have specific diets which was passed verbally as we arrived and then committed to memory; the feed bags bought from reception are limited to certain animals. The kids' tractor track has a number semi-functional kiddies tractors of differing sizes and has a track of decking which is quite difficult for kids to navigate safely without direct supervision which doesn’t allow parents a second to sit down, which, let's face it, is why we look for these mini oases! We did enjoy our 3 hours. Price a little steep for what was on offer. With some attention to detail and some minor, pointed investment, it has the potential to be a very popular place. All staff encountered were very pleasant, accommodating and were keen to make our visit an enjoyable one.

South Angle Farm Park has been such a lovely place to spend time at. There are lots of different animals (that seem very well kept!) and lots of different fun activities. I loved getting to feed some of the animals and I could have watched Trixy and Beatrice (the tortoises) all day!

Really a cute little setup with animals for petting and feeding. Hand washing and sanitizer stations all around and distancing was being fully respected. Great little cafe with simple lunch staples (sandwiches, chips, fruit, drinks) and some cute options for gifts, cactus/succulents/tomatoes etc. to buy. We'll definitely be back! My only suggestion would be not serving ham at a petting farm right next to the pig pens ???????? but overall, really great place, lots of fun for little ones.

Nice small, laid back, friendly atmosphere, not over rated, a natural created place with many rescued animals for the little ones to feed and enjoy watching. Time to wander round more than once, nice picnic area (we had ours in field by car). Very reasonable entrance fee, lovely sweet pick your own tomatoes

Lovely little petting farm. With lambs, donkeys, alpacas, llama, rabbits, and more. As well as a reptile room were you get the opportunity to hold a snake etc. It is only a very small place but for the entry price it is great and it felt like money well spent.

Not very impressed. A very small and cramped car park - if you drive a big car then you will need to complete 20 turns when you end up having cars on each side. The farm in itself was fun for kids but they only enjoyed feeding chickens. No cows and the farm in itself was somewhat small. I have been to other farms which were a five star but this one was a bit of a let down. There are a lot of rats running around so be mindful when letting your small kids out and about! My kids thought it was part of an attraction when we kept seeing foot long rats - never seen rats on farms before, maybe because farm owners keep dogs out and about?

Very nice, family friendly place. Staff are very knowledgeable about all animals and their care needs. Enclosures are clean and spacious. They really tried hard to make there dino week something special and they did. You can clearly see that both owners and staff care a great deal about this place

South Angle Farm has the ability to bring joy to young and old alike. Each visit never dulls the heartwarming experience of feeding and petting the range of farmyard and more exotic animals. If you have younger children then I couldn't more heartily recommend it.

We have an annual membership to South Angle Farm and it is worth every penny. From feeding the lambs over Easter, to holding a snake, bearded dragon, spider, bunny.... You can feed the bigger animals. Rain or shine it's fantastic! There are indoor and outdoor picnic areas, and a sandpit in both. Plus you can get an ice cream, hot drink or lunch if you need. We spend hours here every trip. The staff are kind and friendly, always make time for us.We're already excited about science week. Today, by chance, they were giving the alpacas a hair cut!!!!

First visit here, tricky to find but there are signs to follow. You book on line and have a time slot. It was not too busy, schools haven't broken up yet. Lots of places to wash your hands. Obviously there was not much animal petting you could do. The llamas were very friendly as were the pigs. Lots of ducks running around. The lovely girl at reception took the time to show me the tarantula's which are not available to handle at the moment, it was very kind of her to do thst, she was charming and very helpful
