Wednesday 27/01/21. No hot food anywhere! KFC been closed since Friday (apparently they're all self isolating? on pay of course) and still charged £31 parking. Why isn't the RHA/TGWU, or any other organisation that charges money, doing something about this shambles we have to put up with every single day!!!! Disgusted.

Ordered two large hot chocolates but found they were only just over half full. If they do this a lot of the time I guess it pays the managers bonus. Would not use this McDonald's again.

Very good, efficient and quick service. Only reservation was it was quickly becoming crowded due to the location, I suspect it was due to it being around 6pm and lots of people wanting to eat.

During lockdown, Before June 4th, It says that this restaurant is open however, In the services, the McDonalds is shut. This needs to be corrected. This can fool people so please dont fall for this trap

Nearly cold fries, offered replacement fries which must have come from the same batch. Told they would bring fresh fries to table. Went to unwrap burger and that was nearly cold. In the end we had freshly cooked burger and fries. That did not detract from the fact that they were turning out food of an unacceptable quality. Very poor, they should check the quality and temperature of food before wrapping and passing to customer.

This was the slowest service ever, the atmosphere was atrocious. This was evidently the complete antithesis of fast-food service. Not only was the food was cold but it was also just slapped on terrible presentation. I love McDonald's and generally hold the utmost respect and honour for this corporation, however, today was an exception. Waiting 30 mins for an order is just bs service.

Usually stop here when passing on a trip away i must say its average! Its Mcdonalds so its no frills! Place is clean and tidy and also would point out it gets busy in holiday periods which is when we usually visit!

Friday 11.00ish was our visit time and it was absolutely packed. The service was quite slow and they missed two items from our order, they had no issue replacing them, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Cheap and cheerful.

I was disappointed that the ice cream/milkshake machine was not working (probably being cleaned).
The food was not very hot and when you pay motorway services prices that's not good

Really disappointed with how long we had to wait when we returned home on a Saturday night. It was very quiet and there were 3 teenagers running the place but we still had to wait about 20 minutes for our food.

Had to send my Big Mac back as the bun had the texture of a pumice stone with sesame seeds on it. Manager was kind enough to replace it very quickly though so I eventually got the heartless Big Mac I'd been dreaming of.

Severely understaffed during peak morning rush, queue of 25 people waiting for orders, 2 people cooking and two serving. . 10-15 minute delay on food each time I've been. No delay on Southbound

I know it's not Ronalds fault and he has no ability to control the local farmers... but dam the smell at this motorway services was really bad.
Imagine if you will 1000 cows all farting at the same time into your face!

????????????The slowest service imaginable, grumpy looking staff, and mess across most of the tables, and when we did finally get our order, the burgers were cold. Could only see three members of staff trying to serve what was a very busy service station. I suppose McDonalds dont care about the level of service the customer receives, and they will make a ton of money regardless what reviews are posted. This will fall on deaf ears, but given the option again I would definitely eat elsewhere. A different option would be to bring your own food with you. Far cheaper, healthier, and probably with some heat left in it. Another option is to go without, this would have been a far more enjoyable experience if I went hungry and avoided the place altogether.

Not enough staff and wait times.too long. Self service terminals not functioning properly. Not sure why but my chicken nuggets were accompanied by 5 pots of every sauce which was a bit of a waste (more than 1 pot per nugget?!?! - are you insane!)
