Maranello Ferrari Service

Excellent service. Many thanks to Brian in the parts department for going above and beyond in helping me out over the phone.

I've had both my Ferrari 348 and 360 Challenge Stradale looked after by Maranello's in year's past. The team have always been diligent and a thorough job done each and every time. Mandy Nova is a credit to Maranello's and the principal reason i've entrusted my cars with them.

I wouldn't go there again, I had to call them more than 6 time to get an idea when I am getting my car back, posh talk but no do, a normal garage gives you an idea when you are getting your car back this one doesn't not. I dropped my car Friday morning for MOT and few things to check as was still covered by warranty, any way long story short, I called them Saturday, and the lady who answered the phone couldn't update me about my car because her reason was "they run on skelton staff on Saturdays"so more and more chasing, all they done from Friday morning till they day I got the car(Thursday) an MOT and as for the rest I was told not covered by my warranty. I have to mention the only good thing I got they dropped my car to my house.

Excellent service staff. Make you feel valued and personal service. Only an MOT on this occassion but still same treatment.

My Ferrari received a superb valet, cannot fault the service here.

Staff are professional and friendly. I delivered three Audi's in one day and got a lift to the station each time.

After booking my Ghibli in for a £800 service I am shocked how Maranello have treated me. I dropped my car there on a Wednesday and they told me it would be ready by Friday. 3 day service! Had a call from Jamie from the service department telling me that it should be done and that they were having problems with a campaign. I didnt ask for the campaign to be done. I sent a recovery truck to pick my car up at a cost of £200 to collect the car. The driver was sat in the waiting room from 1530 to be sat around for 2 hours for them to come out and say it will not be ready. Jamie promised me that he would look at it on Saturday. Called them Saturday for the receptionist Mandy not to know anything about it. I was selling the Ghibli to a private customer who wanted to collect the car on Saturday. My customer wasn't happen!! because he made plans. Not only did I have to pay someone to go and sit in there waiting on the Friday for 2 hours I am now delaying the collection date for the customer THINK TWICE WHERE YOU PUT YOUR MASERATI. Spoke to Jamie to tell him the issues that I was having and to see if there was anything Maranello can do in the way of reducing the service cost which I would see as being fair due to the work they have carried out. The fault with the car was due to a campaign that was carried out which I didn't ask for. Jamie then put me on to Paul Witheron. Who wasn't understanding at all and very patronising. I have had a better service from my local garage who know how to keep a customer happy. VERY BAD SERVICE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
