Adept Ergonomics provided our staff with a session on workplace ergonomics including how to improve posture . This was delivered by Zaheer Osman who got the tone just right. It was informative, interesting and Zaheer was very engaging. Zaheer also undertook individual assessments of our workstations. Staff found this particularly helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to work with them again on other wellbeing in the workplace stuff.

Myself and several colleagues have just completed the one-day DSE Assessor course - covering the background theory, skills and knowledge required to complete DSE assessments. We finished with a practical session, which was optimistically undertaken. When new staff arrive at the company, I will apply the User Checklist and Action Sheets supplied, to complete my first assessment with confidence. I’m very grateful for the time Zaheer took to answer all our questions in-depth and guide us through this seemingly complex side of ergonomics.

I recently spent time on a one day course to do a DSE Training on Seating in the workplace. Having sold chairs for 20 years thinking I knew most things, I came away actually with a whole new way of looking at how people sit on their chairs whilst at their desks. Zaheer Osman who conducted the course seemed really passionate about his work and that passion was I believe transferred to all the delegates on the course. One day out of your working week, but one that will enhance my knowledge for years to come. I would recommend anyone who is in a position to take this one day course to do so. You will learn more than you realise.
