My Account Manager is Jake Nash who is hugely knowledgeable in everything social media, We speak nearly everyday - i tell him my ideas, he makes them better and then puts it into action! I now truly understand how JC has a perfect five star score on Google... Firstly they have redesigned our website to look more professional which not only did they do quickly but at a reasonable cost - note also it is much better looking than my previous attempts! They are also helping us with our social media marketing and to date we have been very impressed by the content suggested by our account manager (Aphra). Her insight into our (frankly boring) business has been second to none. Unfortunately it is too early to comment on the marketing campaign as we are yet to begin but I have little doubt at the moment. Highly recommended!

We approached JC Social Media to deliver a series of Social Media workshops at Birmingham City University as part of a business development project called Higher Level Skills Match. All correspondence with the company was prompt and extremely helpful, and they were able to recommend courses which would benefit our businesses the most.
The workshops were delivered by David Glenwright who all of our businesses loved. We had so many lovely comments regarding his delivery being extremely engaging and relevant. The content of the workshop was exactly what our businesses were after and many of them have asked for further drop-in sessions to keep regular contact with David. We have a further two workshops booked and we can't wait for them!
I would highly recommend JC Social Media for any kind of Social Media training. They're a lovely group of people who deliver high quality training.

Great and very valuable information for Internet utilisation (data, response, company exposure, fronting the different sites and APPs etc..). I found the lectures extremely useful. I will certainly apply their suggestions and the company support.

After being introduced to JC Media via CAB, I cannot speak highly enough about them. Though I did meet David at a Social Media Seminar, I have since attended a lot of webinars. Although I am a complete Social Media novice, David and Jodie make it a very enjoyable experience. They give you an enthusiasm to want to know and find out more about the subject, demistifying the whole process.
With access to the webinars, after they've finished, you don't have to worry too much about getting everything down or missing something.
I was worried about how I'd get on with such an alien subject, I needn't have. It almost feels as if your hand is held all the way along and they are a part of your business, working with you rather than for you.

After dealing with a London based company who considered themselves to be a leading Facebook and Instagram marketing agency, I was left considerably disappointed with the results of their campaign. There was a serious lack of communication and management of my account. I was left with no option but to terminate the agreement and seek another agency. After a lot of research I was compelled to call JC social media, after an initial phone consultation a meeting was quickly arranged at their office in Birmingham. The presentation and research that was presented in the meeting far exceeded my expectations, I knew that I was in good hands and instantly felt they had a full understanding of who my target audience where and how the campaign should be delivered in the most efficient way.
Once the campaigns had started, the quality of content was outstanding, very professional to say the least. I received constant updates along with regular reports on the campaign performance. Enabling us to constantly tweak along the way.
Throughout the 4 month campaign, Jodie and her amazing team where always enthusiastic and took a genuine interest in my business.
It was a real pleasure to work with them and I would personally like to thank Jodie, Joanna who I felt went above and beyond her duty and also Tom who helped with not only rebranding but for creating such high quality videos.
I look forward to working with the JC team again and would not think twice about recommending them.

I first discovered JC Media when David did a presentation at a seminar I attended. I was impressed by the depth of information even in a short presentation, so I signed up for a half-day course. Navigating social media can be a nightmare for a newbie, especially Instagram, but David showed a great understanding of our business. He was a goldmine of information with a lot of quick-fix hints and tips. We got an immediate return on investment as we made changes to our key social media pages the next day. Great value for money, very highly recommended, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

We had 3 sessions of social media help and on going webinar for 4 sessions for an organisation I set up which offers free counselling to front line and key workers during this pandemic. David went over and above what we could have expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient ( I am a bit of a technophobe). We also received a copy of the recording. He timed the conference call to suit us and included any number of my colleagues also needing help. I cannot recommend him or the service more highly.

I've just joined JC Social Media's Academy which is full of social media training videos. Most of them are 30 minutes which is great to fit in to your day and quite targeted to specific subjects. I watch a lot of free content and try to remember to say thanks but there is so much stuff about and to be honest I forget to feed back a lot of the time, also a lot of it is thinly veiled marketing with few takeaways in. Not so with this stuff, which is all actionable. Today I just watched one called "how to post content and when" and it was so good that I wanted to get off my arse and write a review. The trainer David walks through the mechanics of how to post in Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Twitter, going into the nitty gritty of how each one works, how to use creator tools to make life easier, how to join accounts up to reduce workload, how to schedule things, how to find the best time to post, and how to use insights/analytics on each platform. It was exactly the walk through I needed as I am pretty rusty and it was all the most important information in one video with no flannel. So thank you JC Social Media, after a long time away and dreading getting back on social media your webinars that are now in the Academy have fired me up to get back out there!
