If I'd been there during the day I'd have called the prices daylight robbery, however since I visited at night I suppose they were just plain old robbery. Do yourselves a favour - If you want a 24 hour shop, go to the BP at Hanford Interchange instead!

This morning 01/11/2019.I went to scan some scratchcards one was a winner and 2 I was not sure if they are winners. And 1 I was Winer , the salesman was very rude with me telling me to take money and leave. Very disrespectful person ????????????

Shell fuel is the only good thing about here used it about 6 times and its always the same staff rude dont speak to you pumps covered in fuel v-power not at every pump carwash staff smokeing on the forecourt i think a second mention to the ignorant staff could not speak english he phoned some 1 else to speak to me about my shell card not working in a shell garage aparently its not a shell garage even tho IT SAYS SHELL EVERY WHERE use the one on the A53 much better

Expensive, and the assistant was so rude! From the moment I walked in to pay, he ignored me while having loud conversation on his mobile, and looking out of the window. Didn't interact with me at all, instead just shoved the chip & pin terminal in front. Use self-service if available or go elsewhere. I would give this zero stars but google doesn't allow that.

I agree with the above two reviewers. I pass this Shell station regularly and the quality of service has dramatically gone down recently. Whenever the girl is working, the manager is always around and no one is serving the till. It is hard enough to get there due to the road works, but when you get there no one is there to serve you. Both of them should get a hotel room.

Very disappointing service. Two times I have observed this. The girl who should be at the till was cavorting with the manager (I later learnt he is the manager) in the back-of-store, with no one left at the till to serve. Very unprofessional. No point in complaining to that manager.

What is wrong with the staff why can't they say hello and greet with smile and say thank you. I try to to go as the service is very slow. The fuel is expensive compared to Tesco petrol station which is only up the road
