Lovely friendly customer service today when I picked up my parcel. Quick, easy and all with a smile. Awesome that I can pick my parcels up 24h. I don't have a car so can't comment on petrol but great for convenience today.

Always helpful at the petrol station and the shop but as a Blades fan I need to point out that your card machine spells Bramall Lane incorrectly. It's never had a 'H' in it! SORT IT OUT BP!

Average service at best, and man learn to smile why you so miserable? I avoid the subway and only stop here out of desperation. Fuel prices just standard. Ques are long at peak times.

Im a 55 year old woman riding a vespa. The woman there who has seen me on numerous occasions and is always very very unsmiling and robotic shouted ‘remove your helmet’ she would not release the petrol until I did. The helmet is open faced, my face is in full view at all times. She said it’s a ‘new policy’ but I wonder if this new policy extends to everybody? I doubt it! They are always very unfriendly anyway. But I kept going in! Lost a good customer now

Called in yesterday pulled up on pump no1 behind a black fiat that I presumed whoever's car it was the driver had gone to pay for their fuel after being sat waiting for about 7 minutes and no driver returning to the fiat I got pissed off and went so a message to bp staff working there .if someone put fuel I their car and then decides to go and have a subway tell the prick of a driver to move their f-----g car so other people can use the pump

Greeting`s-just been to this petrol statio n and waited behind a car at the pump number 5 with no occupants in it for 5 mins waiting my turn , then moved on to another pump and waited again for 4 minutes once again a vehicle with occupants but no driver..Is the petrol station aware that like i did and drove off not spending,these people are shopping in the petrol station shop and left there cars parked at the pumps.how f---ing ignorant are some people..Or perhaps it`s policy of the owners of the station that it does`nt matter cause they are spending money!!!
