They helped get my bookkeeping set up, they manage all the tax submissions for me, and they give me the confidence that I am managing my company accounts properly. Rochelle is an absolute star!! She is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help. We have been a client of Pearl Accountants for over six months, and they have provided us with an excellent service so far.
The firm is efficiently run in terms of onboarding a new client and daily operations. I was quite impressed with the way their onboarding process used automation for most things.
Our most positive impression of them is their responsiveness. Our previous accountant would take days to respond to emails. With our dedicated accountant at Pearl on the other hand, we have had very good response times, normally within a couple of hours, and problems have been dealt with efficiently.

I would recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable accountants. I have used Pearl Charter Accountants for a couple of years now and will continue to do so. Whilst the entire office are very friendly and welcoming I have had most contact with Shoaib Aslam . He has a very calm nature and I really like how thorough he is with everything. He always finds time to talk on how to improve things moving forward plus offering useful advice when required. The whole team is very approachable and if you call you will always be spoken to. They're really good.

Be aware. This company will charge you money for doing absolutely nothing. All they want is as many people to sign up. I had to find information about tax by myself online. When discussed with them later they would confirm it is correct. Useless accountants of very little help. I would not recommend them to anyone. Please be aware of bogus reviews to make themselves look good. And my fees were not paid after 10 months of paying £50 a month for absolutely nothing.

Wow! We've been with them now over a year now and they've been great so far (touch wood)... We initially approached them through a referral since our past accountants were awful.
