The home of VPower, which I have tested in my car compared to lower grade diesel or petrol you can notice a difference in responsiveness from petrol cars and more mpg in diesel cars.

Thought filling up with fuel was a simple task until this. Paid for my petrol twice due to their till error, was told to come in the next day for a refund but I said I had travelled 2 hours to be there so I obviously wouldn't drive back again the next day when I live so far away. I was then told it would be fine to ring up the next day and get it all sorted which I was happy about. However EVERYTIME I rung up, the beginning response was "yeah just bring your receipt into the store", which I then responded with for the hundredth time with "I can't, I explained this before which your cashier said was okay since I could ring up and solve this". Finally got it solved thanks to Shell head office who accepted a scan of my bank statement as proof. If you do have problems here... don't listen to the cashier.

Good company, well priced fuel - one of the most badly placed fuel stations ever. Can only be accessed / left on one side of the road - and that road happens to be the main road out. It's also one lane.

The normal fuel station, Tesco across the road keeps a competitive pricing policy alive. They now have an effective pay at pump and pay via app solution in place. The shop is handy for snacks, but don't expect the full-on convenience store experience offered by so many stations. There's a good commercial setup too, easy to get through. Officially, you can only turn left leading to Stapenhill when you leave, but you can get a car or van behind the national tyre place if the traffic is bad and you absolutely must be naughty.

Bit dirty for a shell garage but the spar shop attached is good for snacks and drinks. The forecourt is small and some cars/drivers tend to block double the pumps
