Great team here. They're prompt, honest and professional. Great for services and check ups even though they advertise as specialists in tyre fitting and repairs they are an all round brilliant garage in Kennington. They have team/coffee facilities in their waiting room and great places nearby for lunch while you drop the bike in ???? 5*

These guys were brilliant. I bought my first bike last week, an old Yamaha SR, which needed a bit of loving care and attention after being off road for five years. They gave it a full service and clean up for a very good price, and spent a bit of time talking to me about the particulars of the bike and how to keep it in good working order. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend them.

Very, very good. I have been going elsewhere for 13 years. This is a great place. Polite, helpful, open, quick, they really know their stuff. They act like they are in a service industry, rather than some kind of industrial plant. Having run a fleet of bikes I have spent my fair share or time at the repair shop. First impression: Brilliant!

Great service, reliable and not ones who'll take your money just because you are a novice and know nothing about bikes. I always felt well taken care off and wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. Chris and Bob knows their stuff and so does their team. In all honesty, even though I'm new to riding, I never felt like and idiot when talking to the guys at FWR. If you are looking for your bike to get serviced, install tracker or simply thinking of making a few upgrades, this is the place to go.

Had funny noise coming from the front of my CB1300 and dropped in to see if they could help me. They got it up on the lift and eventually found my issue was my chain hitting my centre stand, they adjusted it and charged me nothing for it! Great guys and fantastic service.....they will be getting all my work in future!

Very honest people and one of the best mechanics. They open my front brake clean the pistons lube them clean pads disk brake lube the chain. 20 minutes and 10£. Now my Suzuki rolls like new.

Great guys even stayed open a bit later than planned so as to help me with a emergency puncture. And took my defective tyre as well. Many thanks to them. Also on call back Chris who dealt with me earlier was off. And I spoke to another gentleman who either has a problem with earing or just completely rude and has no concept of customer service. Pretty disgarceful.

Just had a new tyre fitted here - great service!
Friendly on the phone and quoted me a good price. When I arrived a mechanic greeted me and immediately started work on my bike.
I was asked twice if I was being served, rather than just being ignored. I was then told that my tyre would be cheaper than originally quoted. Definitely recommend this place.

These guys are ace! Very honest and upfront with any work that needed doing, and even apologised that it was going to be relatively expensive....I Dropped the bike in at 0800 picked it up at 1600, fast turnaround considering the amount that needed doing.
My little Honda SH300 now feels like new! I will be using them for all my future servicing/maintenance. Highly recommended.

The best bike mechanics I have used in London by a long margin. The guys at FWR are seriously knowledgeable and there haven't been a case when they didn't help me out even when I showed up without a booking. The best thing about them is the level of aftercare - after fitting a £50 steering head bearing, they took the bike in twice for adjustments free of charge. It is the only workshop where I am 100% confident that I am getting the best bang for my buck.

Normally get a very good 5 star service from FWR, sadly on this occasion (April 2019), it's 3 stars. I ordered some Metzeler track tyres, and was not made aware that i would be receiving a 2 year old rear tyre manufactured in 2017. More annoyed that they did not make me aware of the fact i was buying a 2 year old rear tyre!!....ahh well lesson learnt, always ask what the date of manufacture is....

Showed up 5 minutes before close on a Friday with a concern over front tyre. Advised to come back next day and they would fit a new one. Managed to fit in a quick oil change too and all at a price that meant it was pointless me changing the oil myself!
Great bit of chat with some other customers and owner/manager (who is a proper bike nut). Can't recommend these guys highly enough :) :)

These guys are awesome. Thanks so much, and thanks to Chris. Chain came off and broke sprocket cover on Sunday. Phoned FWR on Monday. By Tuesday they'd fitted new chain, sprockets, and cover. Very friendly. The icing on the cake - a completely honest price. Will definitely go back. They were very busy though - not surprising.

Great shop! Can't praise highly enough. Every member of staff I've dealt with every time I've visited ,from new tyres to new front ends for my Thruxton , has always been as helpful and friendly as humanly possible. They have turned around every job in excellent time to an excellent standard. Superb collective knowledge, happy to educate me on things beyond understanding and amazing value for money.
