First of all thanks to Marc Pferdekamper for being patient to a undecided buyer, but after many conversations, colour discussion, plenty of configurations on the table, he managed to find quickly the exact model I wanted and the car was ready for me to drive in a week. Just picked up my sons vehicle, which needed some substantial work done. I have to say, the customer service I received from Gary Parkinson, was outstanding. He kept me up to date through-out, very clearly explained the problems, and was very patient as I had to relay everything back. He was extremely helpful by also offering my son easy options in which to pay. Makes a change to deal with someone so helpful and polite. Highly recommend, thank you Gary.....

I had a great experience at Sytner Sunningdale! It’s my first BMW and everything has been wonderful from the start. Marc is a great asset to the team here and brings a personalised and friendly experience that many other dealerships may not give! He’s got great banter and really makes you feel at ease. The whole process was seamless and quick, I could not fault anything! Clive was also lovely and made some of the confusing and more technical information much more understandable. I have recently bought a new car from the above establishment. The service I received was from the outset of first inquiry to actual purchase and collection, absolutely outstanding! In all my years of buying cars for myself and the family, never have got such excellent service and advice. I would like to mention Tom Colin’s and his manager Adrian Judd. At all times I was spoken to honestly to ascertain my exact needs and wants. Everything that was promised as part of the sale was fully honoured. The car when I collected it, was exactly as described. All other options for any purchase needs clearly e planned and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase things that I did not want or require. I would also like to mention the business manager Dan Knight for clearly explaining long with Tom and Adrian all FCA advise and options. Additionally all documents that was needed to purchase the car were clear, detailed and prompt to my mail box. All in all an excellent car buying experience. First class.

Purchased a a vehicle from here only 3 weeks ago. Started off really positive from Bryan who seemed really good and honest when I told him I was looking for a really clean example in regards to paintwork. Done me a couple of videos and showed me a few stone chips on the front which I expected from a 4 year old car. However as the video wasn't the best graphic quality I did ask for higher quality pictures of each panel. Bryan continued to keep contact through email and the phone and kept saying how it was a really clean car apart from the stone chips, no scratches, no scuffs etc. And being a BMW approved dealer I gave over a deposit on the car. I then received pictures which still weren't great. I did however manage to see a scratch on one panel on the door which I questioned about. To my complete surprise I received a phone call from Bryan to say that his manager Peter has said maybe this isn't the car for you and we have another person interested who is closer than you. However I continued to say could you not just rectify the scratch from your body shop which they eventually and reluctantly did and said the car would be polished. They then sent poor quality pictures again but having believed then telling me it had a full polish and the scratch is now gone. I flew down and picked up the car. On arrival I met with Bryan and had a look at the car and did pick up a couple of minor fine scratches. And I also questioned why there were no car mats to which I got an excuse that they can't give car mats because of covid. The car was also not deep cleaned as there was still staining on the seat belts and a coffee stain on the floor carpet. Current guidelines states cars must be deep cleaned for sale to the new owner. None of this was done. But having travelled all that way I drove home and the next day washed the car. Being an ex car valeter I picked up straight away around 10 scratches on the car and all of the wheel arches where scratched which to me can only have been by taking the car to mechanical car washes or really poor hand car washes. I contacted them about this to say how unhappy I was that there is so many scratches. I got no response. Until another email sent. To which I got a response to say I viewed the car and that was it. I then replied that I had a quote from a body shop which can rectify some of the scratches by properly polishing the car which they said they had done but had not. The cost £500 which I asked for only half. I have still not had any response now. I believe they are now just ignoring me. I feel sorry that a big dealer like this has to resort to back street car dealer tactics in order to sell a car. They actually told me the car was in such good condition that's why they are not just sending it to auction. They had me believe the car was basically spotless. They sound absolutely great when talking to them but again they just resort to the lowend car dealer tactics to sell. My first time dealing with an approved used dealer and seems no better than your typical delboy dealer

Absolutely fantastic service. Always so helpful and genuine. This I believe is due to Diane Carpinter. Diane is probably the best customer orientated colleague that works in the service department. Having both BMW’s and a Mini we use that service department quite often. Regardless of if we are under Dianes management for our vehicles or not Diane always takes the time to come over see how we are, make sure everything is ok and we leave very happy customers. There has only been 1 occasions, we had an issue and without our knowledge, Diane stepped in and resolved it within 24 hours. I believe Diane is an absolute asset to BMW and Mini. I look forward to continue to use and buy BMW and Mini’s and seeing Diane on a regular basis for a coffee and a catch up.

A mixed bag really and sadly I won't be returning. I bought a second hand 1 series a couple of years ago. Everything brilliant. Had an MOT and a service, brilliant. Then, being a numpty, I reversed into my neighbours car.... Insurance paid for the bumper repair and as I needed an MOT thought I'd also have some extra work done on some stone chips on the front bumper. Whilst another car was being looked at by one of Sytners reps they accidentally bumped my door leaving a different coloured scratch, no drama. Will be polished out I was told. Collected my car and bumper repaired, great, MOT done, fab, stone chips.... Nope. Door polished and white scratch removed from black door, nope. Asked for a call to get that booked in again as well as a quote to have my flaking alloys repaired.... Nope (still cannot understand why that couldn't be managed on the day). I did get those jobs done, not by BMW but a local independent business. Half the price and better customer service. I vote with my feet and wallet. Sadly, I have walked away and will be using my wallet elsewhere.

Superb service from Nicole Smart. She was welcoming, and helpful. I have been taking my car to Chiswuck where I bought it. They only did the minimum service required and quite aloof. Nicole advised me when the car passed MOT. Complimented me for taking care of the car. Nicole made additional call when the car is ready for pick up and advised me on the overall health of the car. In most cases, since I have owned many cars for 40 years , MGB, Jetta, BMW, Ford Cadilac and more; they always make it sound you do not understand anything about cars and talk over you. Nicole is first one that explains things and if you have any question, ready to listen. I am very pleased with the service and no lhesitant to return. Thank you.

In general, I cannot give any dealership 5 stars as I can't see the super value they add beyond three stars now that the stock lists and car configurators are online.

Very detailed information even before the work done with them , which was not often provided by other service centres .. Will look forward to book the next service with them !!

Just over a year ago I purchased used approved BMW 3 series from Sytner Sunningdale. Several months later alloy wheels started corroding and lacquer peeling off as you can see in attached pictures. I've contacted sales team and then complained to BMW UK customer service team, and for 7 months I been calling and chasing for answers. At one point I was advised that this issue will be sorted. But couple of days ago I received an email. ''Thanks for your time on the phone today. I’m sorry I couldn’t bring your complaint to outcome you wanted – I can understand why you’re disappointed. As discussed, BMW Sytner Sunningdale are willing to cover half of the costs to repair the alloys on your car – I’m afraid, this is their final offer. This is because they’re able to refurbish alloy wheels when selling an Approved Used Car. But, once an alloy has been refurbished, it’s no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This means the costs to repair the alloys then fall to the customer'' How wrong is this? AVOID them at any cost!. I'll be contacting The Motor Ombudsman to complain about poor customer care!!

I only walked into their Sunningdale branch because I was leaving their service place not far from there. I wanted to see all the different models so I can start thinking about which one do I want to get next, I didn't expect to go back to Sunningdale as it's an hour drive from my house but Marc Pferdekamper was really helpful from the beginning so the long journeys were definitely worth it. Marc helped me choose the model that suits my needs, he listened to all my requirements and gave me really helpful advice. He made the whole process so easy so we will definitely be back and talking to Marc

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE ???????? DONT BE FOOLED BY THE HIGH GOOGLE RATING AS I WAS I purchased a car last year and they promised to replace the excess water in my headlights I’ve tried since and no response. In light of the constant lockdowns I appreciate they are getting used to working remotely and it has been difficult to conduct routine work but over 25 mins on hold and this is multiple times is unacceptable I just gave up multiple times. Ive resorted to emailing them today as I only have 2 days left on my warranty. Please see the low scoring reviews below most of them state the same, poor communication and poor service. I agree with these and have experienced the same. It has taken me nearly 1 year to write this review and that’s because I really didn’t want to complain and hoped it would be straight forward to resolve. Even when I collected the car initially the entire boot was soaked with water due to a rushed clean by the valet team. I felt pressured to take the car as id already left a deposit. The sales rep was excellent at extracting money and did this by building great rapport but was unable to substantiate with good service post collection.

Took my car in for a recall and it came back with a bad scratch on the passenger door and rear quarter which was not there before I took it in. Told them about this straight away when we went to collect the car and they said they will investigate and let us know. We have rang them twice in the past 6 months but we still haven't got any result or heard back from them. Highly disappointing considered they have such good Google reviews!

A poor experience, from local dealership. I have enquired over two times via phone in order to get some information about my car from them. To which the first time the receptionist said she will hand over the enquiry and the team would get back to me shortly. A week later haven’t heard back from the dealer at all. I call again saying I have still not received anything so another lady takes the same details as before and lists my enquiry as *urgent* saying the team will get back to me within 48 hours. Almost a further week later still received nothing. UPDATE: 3 STAR initially 1 STAR After leaving this review the Head of Business contacted me individually to get the issued resolved within a matter of days. Thanks

Just picked up my car from Sytner Sunningdale BMW service centre. I have to say under the current covid-19 restrictions the service was excellent and I was really impressed. It was well organised and all safety measures were in place. It was slick and easy, the car was ready for collection before 2pm! I would go as far to say that this operating procedure is actually better than the "normal" way. Well done guys keep it up.

We were really pleased with their service when we bought our 5 series BMW here. They were not pushy, they did not oversell, and the car we bought was exactly what we wanted; they understood our requirements perfectly. After buying the car, we bought them a huge bouquet of flowers to say Thank You. Usually the supplier buys the flowers for the customer, but it was small gesture as a token of our appreciation. If you're in the market for a new or second hand BMW, I'd recommend Sytner Sunningdale.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Mini. I booked my car to get serviced. The team failed to service my car correctly and gave me faulty parts during my service. I picked up my car and a warning sign came on, I then had to pay for the damage that they did, which is absolutely ridiculous.

David Casey spent a lot of time and effort with us when I was considering switching back petrol (to a performance M2 Competition) from my current Tesla. His knowledge is excellent and fully backed up his recommendations. The car was also very impressive and if I do go back to petrol I will return to see David for sure.

He sincerely couldn’t do enough for us...the car was prepped to a high standard and handed over to us confidently and comfortably. A small but friendly, not pushy, Comfortable showroom. After the terrible sales team and awful management of sytner Warwick my experience Nearly made me resent buying another BMW, and I can happily say up until now I have had a few...I did hesitate a little, but, goes to show you not to tarnish everyone with the same brush!!! Absolutely appalling. I made a complaint online and by phone about a service I received from Sytner Sunningdale. In essence, I booked for a basic service and MOT. My car passed its MOT, however they phoned me to say they were charging me over £400 in total, as they conducted a full service without my agreement. When I visited the branch to query this, I was told "well, it (a full service) needed doing soon, so we did it for you anyway". I did not agree to this, nor was I informed at any stage that despite entering into an agreement with customers, Sytner will do whatever "work" on your vehicle that they wish without your consent or agreement. Sytner did not raise this with me at any point, or tell me they were carrying out a different service. Sytner Sunningdale have failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. They just keep fobbing me off and promising someone will call, when they don't. Do not use!

Attended Sytner Sunningdale on 3rd August 2020 for first MoT and a brake fluid change. I was immediately impressed by the Covid 19 safety measures implimented at this branch ensuring the safety of both customers and staff alike. I was introduced to my BMW representative, Ms Nicoll Swart who ensured that the experience, from booking in the vehicle, securing a courtesy car, carrying out the work and maintaining customer contact was conducted expertly throughout. I was informed of events at each stage of the operation either by phone or email and sent a full vehicle inspection video. Ms Swart took the time and effort to deliver the highest standards of customer care throughout (despite being obviously run off her feet) , a service so often neglected these days. Many thanks Syntner and Ms Swart for your professionalism and courtesy in making the whole operation seamless and me feel valued as a customer. Great work.

We have to say it was one of the smoothest sale transactions, and certainly the best handover we have experienced in all of our time of buying cars both new and used.
