When you smoke cigarette on parking lot, guy from petrol station is telling that you can't smoking here ( about 20 meters away) and you can't make your own coffee. Toilets closed few months now. Guy from station is watching you all the time. I wouldn't even give one star but it's minimum

Condescendent old lady, grumpy and rude. Stopped here with an HGV and after asking for permission to stay were I was to a very nice young girl, I was confronted by another worker this time and old little angry racist women who had a proper go at me making rhetoric stupid questions. Wont stop here again and hopefully this lady gets some training on customer service.
