What happened to earth day specials on clean aluminum. I was disappointed when I took a truck load of clean aluminum radiators and aluminum tiles and left with 210$. Everything was neatly stacked as a perfect game of Tetris so I could take in the max. 210$ is what I would expect today but not on earth day. On the plus side I gave 3 stars because the hispanic staff was wonderfully kind and the most helpful, understanding a second language helps find more kindness in this world.

Great place this is the only scrap yard I've been where the people are friendly and there is a guy that works in the back and every time I've been there he always helps me and others to unload my scrap metal. If your looking for a good scrap yard and friendly service give them a try

we needed parts for our car that was in a accident, went to miamitown and they took us to the vehicle to look at the parts first. Then I waited while they pulled the parts (15min). They have great prices and great service. Will be back anytime we need a part, this is so much easier than you pull and pay.

Want a part thats attatched to an engine? Got to buy the engine. Want a part not attatched to an engine? Gotta pay them 40 bucks for labor to remove it. Not sure what kind of customer base they can keep with this business model, but it was organized!

I thought will heavy rotors, drums and muffler off a jeep the metal would be $5 min per each I git $3.75.. wasn't worth the hour round trip travel. Next time I'll leave it in the curb for trash day

It may have been the actions of one man, which is a shame. The fellow I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude when I asked him to repeat a sentence one time, as I didn't hear him. I wouldn't let someone work for me that speaks to anyone in that tone especially a customer. They lost my business.

Went there for a headlight assembly and a few other parts, and the headlight was crystal clear. It was off a car from 2004 and is plastic, so they definitely polished it before selling it, which was phenomenal. I forgot one of the pieces I needed, came back 2 weeks later with my receipt and they immediately helped me, didn’t charge me for the bracket I forgot to grab, and the worker that took it off the car even remembered what I needed. They go above and beyond here, best auto yard I’ve been to in Ohio

I run a large used car dealership and we get parts here on all most a daily basis. Always have good service and always good parts. For those that wanna talk bad than maybe they should have done there research before they bought or sold a car here. Don't call them crappy cause you made a mistake. Because I have dealt w them for five years and never had a problem.

5 Star all the way, Called in the am for a fender and one of the guys there (George) ran out to confirm the condition of it and we settled on the price. I drove a bit over two hours to get there and I am happy to say the fender was as described. They uninstalled the fender in about 10 minutes, I paid and was on my way. It's so rare to have an interaction with a business go exactly as expected but they pulled it off. Everyone was friendly and prices are fair, I would drive back here again if they had something I needed, great job all around. thanks

I visited this place yesterday for a part. I was treated kindly and respectfully by all employees I encountered. They had the part I needed. It took about 10 mins from the time I walked in until I had the part in my hand. Very efficient. I would highly recommend these folks should you be looking for something they carry. Radio went out on 2015 Chrysler. Dealership wanted $800+ to fix it.
Came here.. got shuttled to the vehicle part, radio was taken out for me, I put it in, & all this for $75 & 20 minutes out of my day.!

I was going to leave Miamitown Auto Parts only 1 star. But I added a star b/c the staff in the Recycle Center (on St. Rt. 128) are an excellent bunch of fellows. In the main office, not so much. I'll try to keep this short, the first couple complaints I have I consider minor. They are just for context.
Basically, over the past few years, and just recently, I've scrapped a few identical cars. When I brought in a Lumina, I left the converter on, a battery in it, & it had 4 brand new tires. I thought I should get a little extra for everything I left on it ($600 worth of saleable new tires for example) But car was weighed, calculator came out, & I got paid only "Steel Weight." & that's fine guys.
So last week when scrapping out another Lumina, I removed the cat, battery, & wiring to scrap seperately.
I called and was directed to somebody called The Buyer. ?? Anyway, I was severely lowballed because I removed those parts. Now that's just Fine guys, you may run your business how you please.
Here is What is Not fine gentlemen...when I asked about the Steel Weight standard which I was paid last time, I was told by 'The Buyer' that I Must have confused their business with another one. That is Far Beyond Rude! I write very few reviews, this is my long term G-Account with my real name in it. But I'll tell you my name so you can check your files & see how many times I Have been there over the past 20 Years! My name is Michael P Wagner.
I didn't know you had a seperate 'Buyer' I thought the owner managed the buys.
I do know one thing though, I found a new recycler & I will Never bring scrap to Miamitown Auto Parts & Recycling ever again. So Good luck w/ that whole Insulting Your Customers business model... Im guessing you'll need it.

I Drove an hour and a 1/2 for a part that they said they had and would not pull unless I was there.. when I arrived they could not find the correct part or color. Instead of telling me they waited until the last possible minute to show me the part, then ignored the fact that they were wrong. For my first time ever coming here it was a bad experience.

These people are thieves! My husband only got 195 for his 1967 Plymouth Fury 3 which is 5 dollars less than what he payed for it over 20 years ago. They blamed it on the market, lol, no. I checked the prices. They ripped him off hugely
