They are alright, have a lot of parts. Could use a lesson in customer service. Mechanic called on a Saturday morning to order a part, finally got it Tuesday after both me and my mechanic called multiple times.

Horrible customer service. The employees were rude and lazy. Prices way to high, wanted to charge $50 for a side mirror that I can buy brand new for $60. I recommend go to the U Pull in Mason they have way better customer service and pricing is fair!

The guy quoted me a price and then when I went out to get it, I had to take it off the vehicle. Then, after I took it off the vehicle, he looked up the part online and gave me an entirely different price. He told me that if I wanted a better price, I should get it from Rock Auto.

Top Notch!
Needed a center council for my truck and they had a new one in stock for a fraction of the cost at the Dealer.
I can only assume the negative reviews are from their competitors up the street that have a history of ripping people off or have no clue what parts they are actually looking for.....
