They don't bother me to remove my helmet ALL THE TIME because I m there almost everyday.

I thought I lost my wallet during the day and I only realised around 10.30pm it was missing. I believed it was left at the texaco when I got my fuel. I called up and the guy was respectful but had no clue about a wallet but to call back at 7.30am to the manager and then cut me off saying he was busy at the till.
I called back at 7.30am and the so called manager answered the phone. He said he knows nothing about a wallet and to call back when the night shift guy comes on to investigate, he did not take my name or number to call me back, he just said "I'm busy and have to attend to the till then hung up" if that was your manager he needs some serious training. I spend 400 a month on fuel and essentials in your texaco garage and that will be stopping.
Extremely rude and no respect.
Thankfully my wallet was found elsewhere.

Friendly staff, have been going here for many years without any issues.
Edit: changing my review. This place has gone downhill in regards to friendliness.
I went out of my way to find a quick snack for the morning, and was able to find a row of flapjacks with the price as 99p. After waiting in line to be seen, the person tried to overcharge me 15p. This made me unnecessarily late for my bus journey.
I have heard from locals that this place is quick to overcharge. The person behind the till admitted that the price on the shelf is wrong, but insisted on still overcharging me!
Absolutely ridiculous. Ever since they changed the look of this place it's as if the common sense of the company left with the former employees.
