Completely unsatisfactory, we purchased a van from them, and their salesman signed some of the paperwork himself!
When we put a negative review they REMOVED it
Kept us waiting over 5 hours when we had an appointment to collect our vehicle,
Salesman pretended he was on furlough when he was actually sat in the office, just to avoid speaking to us

BRILLIANT VW DEALERSHIP with MOTIVATED and FRIENDLY staff.
I have just started my own Adventure business and was looking for my first vehicle for transporting young people. I knew loosely what I was looking for and was lucky enough to give Marshall a try.
From the off Sam Hardwell could not do enough. He listened closely to my requirements and very quickly came up with a range of new and used vehicles for me to try.
I lived 30 miles away from Bridgwater but there was no need for lengthy trips, Sam sent me friendly, informative and reassuring video messages which really helped me to make up my mind at my pace, he was not pushy, clearly cared about what he did and wanted to get it right.
He did.
I am extremely happy with my vehicle, the dealership kept their promises on a couple of things that needed doing post collection, the transporter is doing everything it needed to!
Give them a go, I hope you have the same experience as me, which was top notch.

Ventured into a new Caddy deal this year and was led to believe I had a 'deal of all deals' - 19% discount plus the finance contribution allowance from VW if taking there finance offer on the new van - Win Win so we thought after making several calls to other dealers trying to achieve a deal. It transcribed that Bridgewater sales Dept were less than transparent in there discounts having requested a 'quote' to assess the deal - which they were reluctane to give. On studying the 'quote' the 19% discount actually included the £2750 from VW finance - just a shoddy salesperson trying it on with an experianced car buyer - not impresssed nor should I be. Be aware, or just call another dealer maybe?

We have just purchased a VW Caravelle from here. From the start of the sale Kyle kept us updated with video calls and emails. We drove up from Cornwall to collect. We found the dealership very easy.and what a amazing set up and very nice showroom.
Kyle dealt with the sale very professional but also came across as a nice chap.
When we finished the paperwork it was also nice that the manager came out and had a chat.
In all a very nice bunch of people.
Got to say the caravelle is amazing bit of kit. Exactly what we wanted and presented to a amazing standard.
Thanks to you all and see you in 2 years when I will be back to buy a work van.

Dropped vehicle off at 0850 for service and aircon told to collect at 1600 arrived at 1630 did'nt know if the job was finished there was no paperwork ready took another 30 minutes got home and found the service book Was'nt stamped not great service they were too busy

Sam helped me through the process of upgrading he was very knowledgeable and professional. He recommended the best route he went through a few vans for me and worked out the best one. He even called me to clarify something on his day off. Would highly recommend going the vw in bridgwater and seeing sam! Plus main dealer not as exspensive as I thought ????????

Very poor customer service , tried to tell me my headlight switch was broken would cost 132 to repair , turned out it wasn't broken they failed to notice I had no front fog lights so there was nothing wrong with switch , wouldn't trust them again
