Pretty good for if you're driving and need to take a deuce. Decent toilets and one of the only petrol stations left with toilets tbh. Hey its pretty good!

Ive just used the mens toilet, unfortunately it has never been deep cleaned there are thick cobwebs and spit on the walls. They would not be there unless it had bee forgotten about!! Not good!!

I'm sure Shell as a company are great. The cashier tonight was a disgrace. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. I wouldn't want him working for me.

Me&my partner filled our fuel up there. Then i needed to use the toilet facilities. The guy working there would not let me use them.its meant to be 24hours.but this is misleading information has it was not. Absolutely disgraceful! We were customers,we should of been able to use the facilities. I think they need to look into this guys customers service skills,absolutely discusting.

Utterly competent, misled. Left me £80 out of pocket. Prior to fuelling I checked in person with cashier staff to confirm that accepted business allstar fuel card, assured me that they did, double checked showing them the card explaining card acceptance on occasion can be an issue, staff member assured me that card was accepted. Then fuelled vehicle, went to pay card not accepted, a further member of staff appeared, said thinks this station does not accept this very specific allstar card, I explained that I fully understand the fuel has to be paid for, however felt misled by the garage staff member, explained I was uncomfortable to have to pay from my personal finance as was unlikely to recover money for fuel from business as fuel not paid via business approved method of all-star card. Staff just told me I had to pay or would call the police, at this point I felt intimidated & threatened. I reminded them of showing the card & clarifying prior to fuelling my vehicle. The said staff member then denied this having happened, I remained calm & asked them to review the cctv footage which should they doubt my having checked prior to fuelling, suprisingly not taken up on suggestion. To remain within the law I reluctantly paid for fuel from my own personal finances to which this day I have been unable to recover from my employer due to not having fuelled via recognised method of all-star card. Thanks Shell Talke fuel station for now leaving me out of pocket to the tune of £80. This station is my local garage & I refuel between 2 & 3 times per week for business & now actively steer well clear of this station & all Shell stations. Yet another example of the individual losing to a giant! Misleading the individual is clearly accepted practice here & no moral values of admitting when they got it wrong & apologising as no apology was provided. To top it off the experience added delay to my appointments that day making for unnecessary stress. Disgraceful.
