I would like to share my great experience which I have with Mr Parminder Saini. My immigration case was very complicated. Mr. Saini represented me during my JR Oral permission hearing for ILR refusal(322/5). It was my 1st ever court hearing in my life so I was scared to death but due to Mr. Saini's excellent work my hearing experience turned out to be a magical one which was literally finished in 5 minutes and Judge gave the decision in my favor. I must admit before Mr.Saini I had two other barristers who worked on my case but I wasn't happy with their work at all as they never paid 100% attention to my case which is a shame(wasted money and time both!). Highly recommended Barrister.My case was so complicated specially who has been gone threw section 322(5) they all know how hard to get ILR after done amendment in tax returns.I have done two amendments when i have applied for ILR but with the expertise of Mr Saini i have got ILR today. My husbands application for ILR was rejected by HO and I’m a dependent spouse on him . And both of our case ended up going for JR . Professional immigration advice at crucial stage, life changing experience. A man with a charismatic personality, highly recommended. I met him first time when home office rejected my case and it was very stressful as after 2.5 years my application was rejected under 322 section, while looking for professional immigration advice I was searching all legal entities online and reading reviews I was fortunate enough to chose Mr Saini for my appeal , after I met him in his office with my pregnant wife and 6 year old daughter I was wondering what will be my next step, he made me so comfortable by asking few questions about my case and advised to hire solicitor Miss Urvi Shah (Vision Solicitors) who guided me at all stages while preparing for my case, she worked day and night chasing me for relevant paperwork and evidences. I cannot thanks Mr Saini enough as I got my ILR after a month of my appeal which took him 2 minutes to convince judge of the atrocious decision by SSHD, As now I am holding my newborn baby and looking forward to apply kids passport. Mr Saini and Miss Urvi Shah both worked together and proved they are the best legal team to hire for immigration cases.

I hired Mr. Saini for 2 of my Judicial Review Claims regarding immigration rule 322/5 and 19 i & j aka HMRC Tax Amendment issue. Paper Permission for my first JR was already refused before I met Mr. Saini. Then Mr. Saini took control of my both of JRs i.e. 1st from Oral permission hearing and written permission for 2nd JR. Eventually, both JRs were merged and Upper Tribunal gave one hearing for both JRs to be heard together. On, hearing day Mr. Saini fought very well and permission was granted on both JRs, on all grounds. Later, UKVI was compel to withdraw their all decisions (i.e. 2 Refusals of my 2 ILR applications in addition to decisions of my all dependants) Although Mr. Saini is a brilliant lawyer as described on his personal website, however, the best thing I have noticed is his behaviour. His dealing is very professional, polite and kind. So, I‘ll definitely recommend everyone for Mr. Saini regarding their immigration matters. Trust me he will bring your sunk boat on surface again with his wealth of legal knowledge.

Having used Mr Saini as advocate in our recent case where we were appealing against a deportation order, I found him to be professional, extremely knowledgable and passionate about his work. He drafted our grounds of appeal against a decision made in the FTT and then went on to represent us in the UTT where he skilfully and articulately put forward the arguments for our case.
