I had such a lovely time picking out my wedding dress at Mews Bridal. They were amazingly responsive even at the beginning of a pandemic and managed to work with me to still select dates that worked so I could pick out my dress and get it ready for my micro-wedding last year. SUCH a beautiful dress and Lauren was amazingly supportive. It meant a lot to me because unfortunately no one else was allowed to come with me to the appointments. I am lucky Lauren was there to be so supportive and help me have a great experience. I definitely recommend checking out their shop if you're looking for a positive environment, great dresses and an easy process.

We have been truly horrified with our treatment at the hands of this company.
Rude, obnoxious bullies offering the worst customer service I have ever seen. Worst still. We've spent a fortune with them.
All you need to know is that everything is non-refundable.
Do you know why? Their products are bad.
Do you know who else doesn't allow refunds of any sort?
Derek Trotter and the men who sell oversized sunglasses, hats and towels on the beach.
Weddings are stressful enough. Don't allow these morons to add to the anxiety.

I read about the Mews in a bridal magazine and instantly thought it was the exact vibe I was looking for- simple, beautifully elegant dresses with incredible details. Compared with other bridal shops I visited, The Mews stood out for the experience of the shop and the knowledge and skill of the girls there who pin you into the dress so that you can see exactly how it fits on you. Everyone was really friendly and I felt really comfortable and had a lovely time there! When I went to pick up my dress they shared my excitement which was lovely. The only thing I would change is to be sent all the photos from my first visit as I nearly missed the dress I ended up picking!

Natasha and Estelle were amazing throughout and make the experience so special for me, my family and my bridesmaids. I was initially nervous about looking for a dress as white ball gown style really isn’t my style, but I quickly found the selection of designers and dresses in the shop to be so perfect for what I had imagined. We had an initial chat about my style of wedding, which was a dreamy, chilled festival, midsummer night’s dream vibe, and I only had to try on 5 dresses before I found my dream one.

As soon as I was engaged I was told by so many that I had to go to The Mews - their dreamy collections were exactly the right vibe I was after - boho-chic, relaxed, elegant, unique, modern and all so beautiful.
The lovely team at The Mews Notting Hill were so helpful throughout the whole process of choosing my wedding dress - they had excellent knowledge of the designers and great ideas in terms of styling and accessories/underwear; they were attentive to my likes and dislikes and I felt they really wanted to understand my vision and help find the perfect dress. I felt so comfortable start to finish, and never rushed or under pressure. I even asked for the sleeves to be made longer a little later in the process and they worked with the designer to do this for me with no fuss whatsoever.
The boutique itself is so dreamy and the perfect setting - it is lovely and quiet too with a real sense of privacy.
I had SO many compliments on the day - it really was the perfect dress and I am in love with it <3
I absolutely recommend The Mews to all new brides-to-be!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from The Mews Bridal in Notting Hill, and had a wonderful experience there from start to finish. The shop itself is gorgeous and felt very private, and the shop assistants were all lovely and knowledgeable. I was looking for a more modern and stylish wedding dress and had trouble finding something I liked at other bridal boutiques - then I arrived at the Mews, and honestly would have been happy with most of the dresses in their collection!
Once my dress came in, I felt well taken care of in styling it, finding the right accessories, and getting the right fit with their partner seamstress. While their prices are higher than some of the other shops I visited, I felt the quality of the dress and the bespoke customer service was 100% worth it! Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of wedding dress shopping at The Mews. Their collections are just the ticket for what I was looking for - relaxed, stylish and elegant, with a touch of something different and not a ‘poufy’ meringue in sight! ;)
The service from Justine and Natasha was very attentive, down to earth and natural, which made me feel very at ease. To top this off I felt the lovely atmosphere of the boutique made the whole experience very relaxed and in the moment.
The dress I ended up choosing was not from the designer that I originally found this company through but I went in with an open mind and was so pleased with my choice. My dress received many compliments on the day and I felt fantastic in it!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Mews if you’re after all of the above :)

I purchased my wedding dress from The Mews last year for my wedding in March and it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. Grace, who helped me, was so knowledgable and helped me find the most perfect dress. The selection of incredible designers, attention to detail, friendly team was second to none and made the whole process very special....so much so that I recommended The Mews to my sister who has bought her dress from them for her wedding next year.

I had been looking forward to trying on Rime Arodaky gowns since I got engaged and I was not disappointed by the selection at the Mews Notting Hill. The staff were all amazing and very helpful and friendly (especially little Archie ????). I have purchased my wedding gown and flower girl dresses from the shop and the entire experience has been amazing. Lauren and the rest of the staff were fantastic and helped me zero in on “the one”.

The experience from start to finish at The Mews is like no other. Besides stocking the most incredible dresses you will ever try - all the girls that work there are truly amazing. They are so friendly, knowledgable and helpful and from the moment we stepped through the door and greeted by their gorgeous little dog - I just had this feeling I would be getting my dress from here. We were led downstairs to a beautiful space separate from the main showroom area for the consultation and to try the dresses so you don't feel on display and the whole experience feels so personal. Everything is done well - from the beautiful design of the store to all the little extras they also sell or let you try on with the dress. Thank you for helping me choose my beautiful Rime Arodaky wedding dress and making experience a special memory I will never forget.

Although I'm not a Mews Bride (yet!) I have been to the store a few times to help friends find their perfect dress. Each time I've been has been a fabulous experience. We were given such a warm welcome and treated like complete royalty for the whole appointment. The staff were extremely helpful, giving advise to the brides on which dresses would suit their body shape and taking care to listen to what they wanted to make sure they found exactly what they were looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I was fortunate enough to be a Mews bride last year (I'm only just getting around to reviewing all my wedding suppliers!) - what a beautifully professional experience. I was made to feel like a queen for the day each time I visited. The staff in the Clifton store were so welcoming, professional and lovely. I never anticipated choosing the dress I did, Gail the owner picked my dress for me and it was PERFECT! She knew exactly what would suit my body. Thankyou to Gail and all the Mews girls.

Such a beautiful boutique - I had the loveliest experience here! The dresses are unique, understated and gorgeous. The staff were so friendly and made me feel completely at ease while helping me decide what to try and what styles of dress would suit me. Lauren in particular was very helpful, really taking the time to understand what I envisaged and wanted for my dress. All the staff were patient and professional throughout the whole process, making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience! I cannot recommend The Mews highly enough.

Not very impressed. The staff are lovely and the shop is beautiful, but almost all of the dresses were filthy, marked with makeup and dirt, and many of them were discoloured because they were old - making it hard to visualise what they’d look like new. You’re not allowed to take any pictures which is very unhelpful. A brochure is not the same as having images of yourself in a dress. Also - I told the staff my budget and when I unknowingly picked out a dress three times the price I wasn’t told until the end of the appointment. If I’d liked the dress then this would have been a massive blow - luckily I didn’t...

Had a great experience at Mews Bridal Notting Hill. My lovely stylist Abigail was very professional with a calm, warm and patient manner. She was very positive but also honest with her feedback on how she thought each dress looked on me which I really appreciated. The boutique itself is a visual pleasure and my visits felt like part of a pampering day. I didn't and up choosing a dress from Mews in the end but I wanted to add a review to share my positive experience over the three visits I made. My only bugbear is that it is not permitted for pictures or footage to be taken of you in the dresses so it is very difficult to reflect on how you look in the dress once you leave the boutique and this may have been a contributory factor as to why I chose a different dress in the end.

This is a busy shop but waiting for my appointments was always worth it. I thank my lucky stars that I stumbled across them on Instagram. The team are genuinely lovely and so very helpful. It always felt like they had all the time in the world for me. They made the entire experience special and unique, I'm now left with such fond memories of my visits for dress fittings.

Incredible helpful staff, I was a bit lost as it was the first time for me, but
they went through the whole process in detail before we started, let me go through the dresses and choose myself, and then suggested some dresses themselves as well once they saw what I liked and what could fit my personality, and Justine just nailed it! I ended up purchasing the first dress she suggested, which I hadn't even considered at first when checking the dresses, so she clearly knows what she is doing, great professional, made us feel really comfortable and relaxed.
I had read reviews from other shops where brides felt pressured to make a purchase and so on, so I was a bit concerned about that, however it was not the case at all! Great experience, I recommend it to everyone. Big thanks to all The Mews staff, and especially to Justine!

The Mews is full of the most gorgeous selection of wedding dresses. I was lucky enough to book an appointment on the day that French designer Laure De Sagazan was in the shop. She helped pick out dresses that would suit me and suggested styling ideas. All the girls in the shop are absolutely lovely too. They gave lots of great tips and helped me find not only my dream dress, but underwear and accessories to match and a dry cleaner for after the big day!

I bought my beautiful discounted wedding dress in a sample sale of The Mews Bridal. Due to everyone's tried it on for months, it presented some stains and the colour was quite faded all over the bottom part of the dress. I was little concerned about the colour not to come back to normal, but the lovely shop assistant Grace called her manager in and she assured me that it would had gone back to normal after dry cleaning. At the counter I met the owner Gail, who recommended Artisian Tailoring for the dry cleaning. Since I took it there I felt calmer. I've just collected it and rightnow it's stunning bright and no stains whatsoever. I am now super delighted with my lovely dress and I would like to thank The Mews staff for their service and help. Thank you!

Poor customer experience. Dresses were absolutely filthy, full of stains, grubby marks and discolouration. Many were damaged with pieces of lace ripped or hanging off. Service was minimal and no proper changing room, just a screen. Had travelled a long way to come to try dresses. Hugely disappointed.

Overall I found the experience with Mews Bridal to be disappointing. It was extremely hard to book an appointment for starters; I had to book midweek as Saturdays were booked out for the next 6 months. The main positive was my appointment with Sophie who was fantastic; welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The dresses they stock are also beautiful and different. I fell in love with I dress a tried on, but after enquiring about purchasing felt they didn't actually want my custom. I ended up purchasing the dress elsewhere. I get the feeling they are a bit too big for their boots as they are the only UK stockists of in demand brands.

Gorgeous shop with amazing selection from Paris. The sizes are very small, so unless you are a perfect 10 you may not be able to get on every dress that you'd like to. I didn't feel too pressured to buy and we were all well looked after with tea, etc.

Absolutely adored my experience at the Mews! I was searching for a shop with a relaxed feel for the more unconventional bride and I definitely found it when I visited the mews.
All the stylists are cool girls that clearly love working there and feel passionate about the designers that stock...which is important.
The shop is absolutely beautiful and the experience you get makes you feel like a very special bride.
I absolutely loved wearing my Delphine Manivet dress on my wedding day and can't thank the Mews team enough for helping me find my perfect dress!

I have to say I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the mews in Notting Hill. When I was originally booking my first appointment I wanted to book early November for my end of May wedding and was told that there would be no point as there would be no way my dress would be ready. Other places I booked said that it would be tight but would be fine. So I changed all of my bridal appointments (my mum was travelling from abroad) to Septemember as I was so excited to come to this boutique.
When I arrived in the shop one of the girls Camille was absolutely lovely and so helpful so this review does not apply to her at all. The other lady who I think was Lauren (didn't introduce herself) was so rude and I actually felt that she was trying hard to NOT help Camille- when we were discussing dresses she just shouted comments from behind a screen while on the computer.
The other issue was that I had a couple of dresses in mind that I wanted to try that were no longer there as it was all last seasons (a lot of dresses were damaged) and fair enough if some were discontinued but I had emailed explaining who my favourite designer was so feel that I could have been told before. I should have also been advised that it would just be all old stock.
Apparently new stock was arriving in October so when I asked about coming back to see that they said it was fully booked until November. Camille was so lovely and trying to be helpful said I could come back then and asked Lauren of this would be enough time to get a dress in. Lauren then shouted over the screen that November would be fine for the dresses - This was so frustrating as that was when I originally wanted to book (I would have seen the new dresses) and was told that there would be no point in coming as they would never get a dress on time. I had asked a couple of times about this when trying to book my appointment and was told the latest I could order a dress was early October.
So I have to say how disappointed and upset I was with my experience because it's a special time and difficult for a bride to choose from so many bridal shops who to go and see to get something beautiful and different and then to arrive to e a shop I was excited about all day and to have that experience was just such a disappointment.
Camille was wonderful and lovely and totally did her best but received no help from Lauren whatsoever.

The Mews absolutely made my bridal experience alot more enjoyable than the other bridal shops I encountered. I thoroughly LOVED all the range of designers/dressers, especially with my final choice from Rime Arodaky. The employees and their customer service skills made my experience worthwhile and I want to especially thank Kristina for her assistance. I would certainly recommend the Mews, as all their dresses are one of a kind and offering something completely different.
