STAY AWAY! Paid this company to help me fill out forms for permanent residency to Canada I am currently in Canada have been for 2 years the Canadian government contacted me to tell me to there was no mention of a 3rd party representative on my application they also stated that there was so many spelling mistakes and basically it just looked carelessly done. I was surprised to hear as it wasn’t cheap to pay this company. I have tried to contact this company still even though I’m currently still in Canada they don’t answer my partners phones call and once we tried them on a different number they answered it’s almost like a scam. I had to pay another lawyer over here to help make sure everything doesn’t damage me from remaining in Canada. The reason why this company seems to be ignoring me is probably because I asked for a refund. They make so many big mistakes and I’ll be taking them to court even if it means I’ll have to come back to London just to do so. I’ve made sure the word of mouth has heard about this company. They are disgusting with how they have dealt with us. If you want to pay a company thousands to mess up and then ignore you then go a head but they ain’t worth paying.

Migrate me has been a total nightmare for me took my money, had to phone repeatedly for up dates. I started my application 4yrs ago and cant get through to them at all now. How do i go about getting a refund ive had enough now .

ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE STAFF AND INEFFICIENT YOU WOULD BE PAYING FOR A TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am writing this complaint as I been over 3 years applying and trying to get a Permanente UK residency, I have done 2 applications both have been refused. No-one seems to know why even though is their job and profession their area of expertise. No-one has no clue or can provide any solutions. I have been in the UK 13 years I have done all my studies and my professional life in London and I’m an EU national, still my agent can’t tell why I haven’t got the residency approved the docent seem to know what he is doing or he can’t tell me why we got refused, he was the person that fills up my application twice assure me that we were good to submit the application jet he seems to have no clue what has happened. I ask him if I can talk to one of his directors as I don’t understand this legal processes and he docent seem to be qualified enough to be able to push an application forward successfully. I thought I’ll give Migrate Me one last chance before I move to another one but I been ignored by my agent and his director I need to be chasing them and almost begging for them to address and take ownership of my application and provide options and solutions. I have finally decided to live this company 3 years waste of time and confusion, I have engaged with another one and immediately you can see the difference in service. I would think 2 or 3 times before engaging with Migrate Me. I hate to give bad reviews but I just don’t want others to waste their time money and experience what I have though this company.

I was very frustrated when I wrote the previous edit of this review. While I stand by my complaints, I am going to provide some more balanced feedback which should be more helpful: For those looking at using this service: please be aware that the sales people can be a little pushy (to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I have only recently raised this) and attempt to contact a lot. They are very positive and optimistic, but please do not rush into a decision based on this. Consider things very carefully before you hand over your money because changing your mind and attempting to get a refund can be a difficult and laborious process. To the team: Swifter responses and calling back as promised would certainly have improved my customer experience. While the team might have been working hard to get my refund for me, I had to chase updates and many of my emails weren’t responded to. On the other hand, it is fair to say that those who I spoke to and dealt with were always very polite, apologetic and reassuring (particularly Mac/Max). I did receive my refund, and I am pleased that the company honoured this despite it not being within their terms. The refund was only a small portion of my original amount which was disappointing, but nevertheless I shouldn’t have made such a hasty decision to hand over the money in the first place. I cannot comment on how well the team act as a migration service as I did not use the service in the end. I hope those that do use the service have a positive experience. Clare

We signed up with Migrate me some time ago initially dealing with Simon who advised the best route for us to gain permanency in Canada was to go down studying route. This involved my husband studying & myself gaining a category B job. Simon told us he was 99% sure we'd get visa & to quote his words "do everything as if we were going". My husband got accepted for college & we were passed over to Hazel to apply for visa, Hazel told us that they were getting approvals within a few weeks. My husband & I left our jobs, sold our house & moved in with Parents giving Simon's previous words of 99% etc. We also paid £1500 to college as a deposit for course. 12 weeks later I receive a phone call from Hazel advising we didn't get visa, reviewing officer didn't believe we would return if we didn't get permanency. Hazel advised we were the only ones who didn't get visa, I asked what was so different with our application to which Hazel told me nothing. I guess this is due to if migrate me were at fault we'd get £1,000 refunded therefore they're saying it's nothing to do with them.. They then put us in touch with a solicitor in Canada who Hazel said believed she could overturn the decision. We waited a week before we could Skype solicitor for her to tell us within one minute that it would be a whole new application next year with a few changes.... The solicitor has asked visa centre for our file to see if there is any more information on it as to why were refused giving migrate me told us we were strong candidates. I want to have a look through this file to see exactly what migrate me wrote.. Roll on another 2 months & we're still waiting on £1500 refund from college, migrate me just keep telling me they don't know when I'll receive this.. Shocking as this is our money & I shouldn't be waiting this long for it.. Thankyou for response however I'm not sure what you mean by Dalia overturning the decision?? As we have been advised to wait until next year & reapply with a whole new application. Encurring further costs on our part, in my opinion that's not overturning a decision. May I also point out Dalia has been brilliant & explained things clearly, I have every faith in her.. I just feel let down by migrate me & wouldn't recommend the company.. It is now 15th October & we are still waiting on refund from college!!! And still the fight goes on with Migrateme... On to court we go!!!!!! Not to worry they've apparently ceased trading so noone else will be taken advantage off.. No point contacting them folks...

Brilliant!!! Migrate Me got our visa work done, all we had to do is provide the documents needed and present ourselves for the English test and medicals. We had to nothing else apart from this, everything was taken care of. I would also suggest you provide additional services such as getting the documents certified as this will save clients the hassle of having to do this elsewhere. No qualms recommending them.

Migrate Me are clearly an expert. My file was handled with full professionalism. Lauren Garvey my case handler was competent and helpful. Brilliant service during the entire process. I would recommend Migrate Me without any hesitation or doubts.

I am disappointed because I did not get my visa and now they are not giving me a refund. I forgot about a conviction I had 15 years ago and because I forget and say I did not have a criminal record for a silly thing they are refusing to give me my money back saying they have done all the work and its basically my fault because I gave them wrong information. The problem is I did not get my visa which is what I paid them to do and now they will not give my money back. Really is it a big deal to have a tiny conviction from 15 years ago? I mean a lot can change during this time and I have moved on with life with discipline. I don't care if, you did all the work but in the end, I do not have the visa. All I know is I hired you to get my visa and as we stand I do not have the visa. You are the expert you should know how to get around this small criminal conviction issue. Speak to the department, the officer or the prime minister I don't care, either you get me my visa or give my money back.

100% Recommended I had some concerns about my application for settlement. But Siso Sibanda was so cool, calm and collected what I had, navigated me through the process, and now I'm also so cool, calm and have collected my settlement. Looking back at the long and daunting process I had to go through to get the 489 visas for Oz, there is no way I would have done this on my own without making mistakes or missing a deadline or something. Life is hard and busy at times and the last thing you want is to deal with the Government.

I applied for a visa in July. I have had no further phone call and just get an automated email every month. I have no idea of what time scale I have to wait and if they have even applied for one for me. A call would be nice to explain things but the lady was very polite when I did speak to her in the beginning

My experience with Migrate Me has been good, nothing much to complain about except for the fact that I had to repay for my English Test due to my points dropped due to my age. Luckily I had an option to score extra via this test.

I had a great experience with Migrate Me even from the beginning. I have been searching for a good way to get my working Visa without spending the time and money on luck like some friends did. My friends had a few problems with the Canadian Visa application, even from the start, with more than 3 applications and without any luck they lost a serious amount of money. They did manage to receive their Visas after a few trial and error but lost more than £1000 for all their experience. ****** funnily enough no one ever contaced me. Still waiting 10 months later **** Signed up with the company in 2014. After 1 year of Erin giving me the wrong information and applying for jobs that I am not qualified to do I had had enough. I was then assigned a new case worker. I found MYSELF a job in Canada and as I started yo go through the paperwork it turns out after being led to believe that I qualify for a visa as stated by the company that this is not the case. If I had been told this to start I would not have paid my money up front or even paid at all. So I am stuck at a stalemate. I cannot move away as planned and no one answers my emails for a refund. Stay away from this company as they seem to have no idea on actual facts of immigration. They are only after money and once they realise they can't help you, you never hear from them again.

The first company I have dealt with that tells you what’s in front of you without the BS. The true price of things and the hidden charges are made clear from the off. Done stupid things in my early days and thought Canada was a no no. The case they put forward showing I was a reformed person was spot on and allowed me to explain the circumstances at that time of my life. They stuck with me even after the first attempt didn’t happen and got me my visa in the end. Thank you!

I chose to use Migrate Me after reading the reviews online so I am writing a review of my experience to help others make an informed choice. After initial assessment I was told I would have no trouble in obtaining permanent residency in Canada. I have always dreamed of moving to Canada and to find out this could become a reality with their help, I couldn’t wait to begin the process. I understood that I could apply directly myself, but for peace of mind, I wanted to use a professional company. I was told I needed to pay them £2000 for their services along with the usual fees required for the application. Due to this expense I asked to meet with them in their London office. On arrival, I was shown to a basement meeting room in a large building which I assume is used by various companies. I met with Simon and Lauren who checked my qualifications and took an initial payment of £750 off me and a further £250 a month for the next 5 months. I should have seen the unprofessional signs early on but I was excited about my future and they did seem to have the knowledge. Before meeting with Migrate Me, I had already arranged my IELTS exam and Lauren told me the results I needed to achieve. I achieved higher marks in every part of the IELTS exam so couldn’t wait to progress. Next, I had to obtain an ECA from one of the Canadian approved bodies. Lauren then pointed me in the right direction as to where I could get copies of all my certificates to send to them. I was a bit disappointed that I had to apply for this myself as I thought this was part of their service. Still, I carried on doing what they asked and got my ECA back with my qualifications assessed by a Canadian body. This is where the trouble started! I am an electrical engineer with a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. This was a 2-year day release course completed during an apprenticeship. The Canadian body that award the ECA only saw this a 1-year course, I’m guessing due to the content covered. Migrate Me had based my whole assessment on me having a 2-year college course. This ECA then dropped my points to such a level that I no longer had enough points to apply. When I originally went with Migrate Me, I had no idea that this could happen. I was not informed of anything that could stand in the way of me applying for permanent residency. I then asked Migrate Me if there was anything I could do to which they said they didn’t know. I was dealing with Lauren and my correspondence with her, pretty much vanished. They had lost interest in me now that I didn’t have what was required. After several weeks of very little correspondence with Migrate Me, I asked them if I could have a refund as I didn’t feel they were giving me the service they promised me. I was then asked to fill in a refund application online and would receive a reply within 20 working days. After roughly a month I received an email from a different person called Siso saying that I could claim a refund but would be billed £600 + VAT for their time. I think that is extortionate for what they did for me. All Migrate Me did to assist me, was to tell me how to obtain my ECA. They made me promises that I could apply for residency which was not a reality. I spent roughly £500 on my IELTS exam and my ECA based on these promises. Once I accepted I was then told I had to wait 60 days for the refund to be processed. This again, I think, is ridiculous. So, I have now spent £500 on my IELTS and ECA and £720 with Migrate Me (£600 + VAT) and I am still no closer to a move to Canada. I would advise anyone looking to go with Migrate Me to steer clear. You can apply for any residency through any country’s government website, you do not need to waste £2000 on a company like Migrate Me. If you are an ideal candidate I’m sure they can help you with no issues, but if you are like me, I would exercise great caution before parting with the money. Also, carry out research the points system yourself and see where you currently sit as I am currently £1220 worse off and no closer to achieving my dream.

Migrate me are a rip off. I applied for a working holiday visa in January 2015 and they took my money of 500 pounds. They was terrible from the begining and they have not been in contact since 3rd February and I rang many times trying to speak to my case worker and her assistant said she will ring back but never did. I'm trying to claim my money back threw the company but they have denied it and said they can re-submit my visa. Why would I when I had the worse experience? AVOID MIGRATE ME

I got my UK visa few days back and I am extremely happy, and this become possible only because of these guys, they are quick, knowledgeable, understanding and tremendously smart at their work, happy to recommend them.

My wife and I hired Mr Sibinda after countless of calls to other immigration solicitors or alike to see if they could firstly answer our I urial question and henceforth proceed. Our case is a complex one and 90% of the immigration lawyers said they were either unsure, some even wanted a face to face interview to follow the process and charge us extortionate amounts of money even if the case was successful or not, but Mr Siibinda was extremely polite, direct to the point and gave us the precise answer we aware looking for, gave advice and reasoning for the why the home office would accept our situation and within hours we had a professionally completed letter to the citizens advice bureau giving them clear directive on how to proceed and it easy payment process email, hardcopy - follow up was completed with extreme friendly efficiency . The cost was astonishingly more competitive than other lawyers and we are extremely pleased to have received the service and recommend highly to anyone requiring professional legal immigration debt and other advice/ services to use this highly professional company.

I have no qualms about recommending Migrate Me's services. Have worked with them twice on my visa application with them.

Looking at the response, I wanted to stress that no new information surfaced after application filed but it was the same one which was advised as no issue by your lawyer turned out to be the big issue as per basic rules. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&88 Had a very bad experience with Migrateme. They are more interested in making money rather than advise the best optimal way for individuals. In my case of ILR application, first of all the lawyer who represented my case is not aware of one of the basic requirement of ILR and pushed me to apply and not just me alone but for my entire family at one shot which cost me close to 9 grand and I could only think now that he could get higher fee when applied all together. And my ILR got refused for the very same basic requirement which was misguided by the lawyer from the very beginning. All the interim communications are not done and checked in detailed manner and are very superficial. Moreover don't have knowledge on accounting laws when home office can refuse on that ground we expect the solicitor company to know and defend but it was utterly poor in the first place. I would certainly not recommend anyone to go here and you should safeguard your hard earned money and don't lose it. I believed in all the reviews posted earlier which were all hunky dory but in reality it's totally absurd. But I could see more recent review comments reflecting my sentiments from others.
