Wish there was an option to give 0 star. Just got fuel from this place. Asked colleague (A tall lad) if he would like me to use the window to pay or should I come Inside and his answer was why you pointing at me like I am a dog. I am an extremely a polite guy and always give due respect to people working behind the tills. His attitude stank. Visited this place 29/11 11:05pm.
He kept on going and I had to just finish the conversation and leave the place. It was totally uncalled for, he was all ready to have a full on fight. I will be writing to Shell to address this.

Overpriced fuel as per every other shell garage in the UK, stop ripping off motorists, only ever put the bare minimum in until I can get to a supermarket fuel station. Avoid at all costs

Regret I shall NOT be calling here anymore cos the men in grey suits have decided to stop selling LPG at this site - thanks Shell.
When are they going to realise that LPG is cleaner & more environmently friendly than either petrol or diesel, when many more of us are driving electric cars they'll be crying out for business - Nice as they are Shell won't earn a living selling hot sausage rolls.

Disgraceful to charge such high prices just because you and BP are the only stations within the area.
Luckily for me I have the brains to use Tesco Which gives me better fuel economy and clubcard points.
I find Shell diesel and BP to give lower MPG. Be warned.

It doesn't what time of the day I fill up here the staff are always polite and friendly. If you go after 10am a chap will even do the fill up for you. Great coffee!

Despite presenting itself as a service station the loo was apparently "out of order". Staff loos not opened despite request. Would not have stopped there and filled up, or bought coffees. Felt that we'd been ripped off, as well as wasting time. I'd be surprised if the loo is repaired - staff prefer it closed so they don't have to keep clean. Get it sorted out
