The cleaner Stefania, was sent to our office to clean. The entire work team love her work ethic and she's always looking for more work to do without us even asking her to do it. She mops, hoovers, cleans the bathrooms and surfaces and does it to the best standard. She always give us extra, from cleaning the walls, cutting up industrial boxes for recycling, to just informing us on the best way to keep our office in perfect condition. She is truly a star. Definitely would recommend the service.

It is rare in this day and age for a company to focus so much on customer service as well as maintaining a perfect level of service. Cleaning Express has smashed both of them. They could and should write a book on their success and methods for the whole corporate world to read and follow.
Dealing with a nightmare landlord, Cleaning Express went beyond the call of duty to help and address items with speed and professionalism. They didn't ask for anything in return. It could have been due to never experiencing such great service, but honestly it was emotional.
To say I recommend these guys for your cleaning needs will be an understatement. I have never had such a thorough cleaning service, but the aftercare and process throughout your booking, flawless!!

If I could do more than 5 stars I definitely would! Tatiana is absolutely fantastic! She is quick, detailed, always on time and extremely reliable. I have three little kids and just having her around weekly takes a great amount pressure off my shoulder. She knows exactly what to do to make sure that I am set up for the week and ensures that the flat is tidy and sparkling clean.
I can only recommend her to anyone looking for a great cleaner.

Great company and great value, specially Raluca!!! she has been cleaning our clinic for almost a year. She is great at organising herself, as she always works around us to be able to finish the job on time. Never complaint about anything and always with a big smile, also she is very professional, not only because her work is perfect, also because she is always 5 minutes earlier. I really like the fact that (i) they listen to what I want (good language skills, great ironing), (ii) keep me fully informed if there are any issues (hey - stuff happens) and (iii) always provide a really great service. Inga who works for us now is just awesome. Fast, efficient and effective. It would be fabulous if she had more availability!

Love the fact that these guys pay cleaners the LLW and holidays. We have had Jana clean weekly and she is excellent! Always on time or texts to say she's running late. Very capable and diligent in her cleaning... we didn't even know that the cooker hood was clear glass it had always been so dirty!

I have a regular fortnightly clean with Ludmila (Mila), she has been cleaning my flat for several months now. She does a great job, I don't need to ask her to focus on different areas - she just gets in and does it. Takes a huge weight off as I'm super busy at work. We've worked out a good routine with social distancing while I'm working from home and on a million video calls too! Would definitely recommend Mila - reliable, friendly and thorough.

Excellent service from booking right through to completing the clean. I arranged an After-Builders clean. It was all booked very efficiently by Sasha, then re-booked to accommodate my delays really efficiently. On the day, Natalia and Nadir arrived promptly and we discussed everything that needed doing. They then worked tirelessly to leave my flat absolutely spotless. Plus, they were both friendly and made me very comfortable to have in my home. Highly recommended.
