The guy who attended to me tried his best. But his boss came across as rude by asking if I am a key worker and demanded to sight my ID. Will never show my ID to any unauthorised person. If you obeying the govt guidelines and open to public for services, very wrong for him to have demanded to see me ID. Tesco and others essential shops will not demand to see customers ID.

Poor! moody kid answered the door after 5 mins of just standing there looking into space wasn't able to get what I asked for without having to use the Internet when I could see what I wanted through the window, made up some excuse about the ticket from the machine. Waste of time going there all round.

My absolute go to place for parts. Have never let me down, prices very reasonable, very fast service, able to have a laugh and a joke. Really like going here when I need something. Your service could not be more rubbish. I called in yesterday pm regarding two batteries. I had the dimensions & specifications but did not actually have ID nos. You didnt have a tape measure on the premises only a small ruler. Nobody seemed to really be bothered. I have just phoned your Dover branch (Wendy) who knew what I was talking about & looked up "her book" & immediately found a suitable match - one in stock & one she will get in.

Website or Google says closes 4:30. Doesn't, closes 4:00 on Saturdays. We'll, not actually sure as they were all standing outside the shop at 4 with the shutters going down.
