I BOUGHT A FUEL RAIL FOR A VW JETTA AND I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS BENT UNTIL I INSTALLED IT AND THE BOLD HOLES DIDNT LINE UP. I CAME BACK IN THE NEXT DAY TO GET A REFUND AND THEY WOULDNT REFUND MY $75 FOR IT, THEY WOULDNT EVEN REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER ONE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANOTHER ONE, SO IM OUT $75 FOR A JUNK FUEL RAIL. NEVER GO TO REGAL'S THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Literally the worst junkyard I’ve ever delt with. Asked them to get me a motor, promised it would be done by Friday. After 6 calls and no call backs, I have no motor. After trailer rental and mechanics pay I’m at $1100 and no motor. Go anywhere Else, anywhere!

Everytime i go they overprice parts that are 50/50 chance of failure and useless parts such as plastics or trim they go by what the computer says you can't bargain with them and they refuse to negotiate I'm going to Michael's next time thanks for wasting my time

Called them asked them for a rear end for my truck, they said the have it, drove a hour to get there, waited another hour, because they still hadn’t pulled the part yet. Gave me wrong rear end, had to drive back, get another, took it apart it was full of water.
