Simply the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My truck broke down and I was walking all over trying to get the parts to fix it. I must have walked five miles trying to find the parts. I called advanced auto parts and they actually had the part instock. And the gentleman were so nice, courteous and professional. They even gave me a ride back to my truck on a holiday. Praise to them all. More businesses should act this way. Sincerely, Everett Reeves.

I needed to replace both windshield wipers and assemblies. The gentleman behind the counter showed me the least expensive choice. Then he put them on for me at no charge. It was snowing rather heavy and he did it with a smile at no extra cost. I highly recommend them.

Need front struts, tried two other auto parts store before finding this place. Their price was $100 LESS than the other two stores, saved me a good amount of money! The staff was beyond friendly, they even loaded the struts into the back of my vehicle for me. I am beyond impressed and will only be buying from Advanced Auto this day onward. Prices seemed fair and staff was pleasant. Until I asked assistance in changing a license plate bulb.....I was told they could not assist. Funny, any other auto store OFFERS to help before I can even ask. This one refuses. I won't be going back.

I only gave it one star because I had to. I needed a windshield wiper blade for a Jeep Wrangler. They have pretty distinctive blades, which I didn't know at the time, but I do now, because when I went to change it myself (even though they advertise on their window decals that they change them for free but didn't even offer), it wasn't even close to the correct blade for my Jeep.
