EVERY-TIME I make a call to Everett's I have a bad experience where they are very rude and quickly to try to get rid of you. I asked about a particular car battery this round and received back a very short and quick response that they have all battery types and to go there. Yeah right, I plan on driving 45 minutes or so to only find out that they do not have the particular type. This has occurred in the past with Everett's after being told that a car part was available and for which wasn't the case.
So I ask for pricing and availability for which he then sighs. I say to the gentleman "I realize that I am making you work" but unfortunately this is your job. The gentleman places me on hold and after several minutes he mentions that they have the battery. I then ask for his name which he replied back with Bob and immediately a change of tone in his voice and now willing to assist in any way..LOL..Always a negative experience with Everett's..Step up your customer service experience by many notches or just simply fire all current employees starting back from scratch.

Quoted me a price over the phone for a part ($25). When I called up 3 days later to confirm the part's availability the price had jumped up. Not only would they not honor the original price, but they denied I was told the part was $25 vs. the $40.

FRAUDULENT, BOB AND EVERYONE IS HORRIBLE!!!! These guys are horrible about following through with providing service. I purchased a rim almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything. I now have to contact my bank to let them know that Everett's Auto Parts charge on my account is fraudulent. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. IF YOU CALL THEM YOU WILL JUST GET THE RUN AROUND!!!!!!!!!

i was there everybody was helpful and i dont work there i detail cars google me ill give anyone from here a deal goole "@paulsdetails" it will go to my instagram page shows my work but yeah i went there for an alternator and a radiator two different trips both good even bought bran new hub caps for 40$ my car is driving good and looking good Everett's junkyard is one of the best places near boston to find your needs well organized and i only promoted myself so everyone would see i dont work there!!!!!!!!!

Everett's Auto is one of the most organized recycling scrap yard around the area the other ones r a muddy mess I've noticed in the past few years the prices for junk car parts has tripled so the parts that you cannot get cheap online it's the place that I would go and recommend for anything that's overpriced online or new at a store
