WEBSITES - DON'T DO IT. Three months of utter frustration and still no website that works. Plenty of excuses and reasons why not but no guidance, no help and everything is too much trouble. Sometimes taking days to get the simplest thing changed. Then 2 week break because someone is on holiday. No sense of urgency, no deadlines and no thought to the affect it will have on your business. my advice - STEER CLEAR.

Extremely unhelpful whenever there are issues. They do not like speaking to their customers over the phone at all (everything is log a ticket), and whenever they need to speak over the telephone, they have an attitude about it. Very defensive in their approach. If you value customer interaction and appreciate real time help when you need (as you do not always have time to watch a pre-recorded video) I would use a different provider. Extremely sarcastic in their tone too!

Excellent software that helps make our jobs so much easier. Becs provided excellent support during the early stages of us using EA and continues to do so if ever we need her. The training is clear and easy to follow and all staff are quick to respond to any queries.
I use the finance function which, took a bit of getting used to, but I wouldn't be without it now!

My company has been associated with Expert Agent (EA) for over 5 years and we continue to 'grow' with it. The integration between our offices is much improved and, more recently, we have expanded our services to include lettings with EA. Our latest website is designed, powered and serviced by EA, and full credit must be granted to Craig Harrison who has been brilliant throughout the process.

Each day I use EA I learn just a little more of how capable it really is. I would recommend EA to any agents who want a slick management system for Sales, Lettings and Property Management. In addition the training and Help Desk are both excellent.

We transferred over from another CRM system that was hopeless. It has been a breath of fresh air working with Expert Agent. Everyone is not only extremely helpful and polite they have actually listened and helped us with any issues. The system itself is excellent. Would highly recommend!

The Dealer
Good for day to day small business dealing in sales or lettings or both. But certainly has alot of limitations for larger businesses.
Its ok, but cant give anymore than 3 stars currently until improvements are made.
I'd say the best on the market though for what it provides for the cost....
