The worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. The worst solicitors in Loughborugh by far.

The poorest service ever. You would never ever get through to them in first call.

Disgusted with the level of service from Edward Hands & Lewis Loughborough, I would suggest they read their own customer service statements, rang a week ago, their phone went to a answer service all afternoon, left messages to ring me back, sent a email as it’s a urgent request still no response. Rang next day and spoke to a receptionist, yes we got your email and Paula will phone you! Four days later still no response or contact from them, spoke to receptionist again who assured me someone would ring me asp. Still nothing so rang again next day and was transferred to the Hucknall office, spoke to a lady who agreed this was terrible and would make sure I was contacted asp. Still waiting ! Would I recommend them - no, no, no Don’t waste your money or time on them go elsewhere. They are handling a purchase of a flat for us or suppose to be! Used a solicitor in Cardiff for the sale of property, no problems with them they always answered emails within a couple of hours, somebody always answered the phone and either spoke to me or rang back the same day.

Had all my conveyancing sorted in just over a month. Made the entire process really easy and non-stressful. Would highly recommend Paula :)

Abit slow at responding to matters

I couldn't disagree more Tom B, after six weeks our conveyancing had barely progressed despite repeated chasing and being told that things were being done. It then got moved to a different solicitor and the difference was like night and day and progress was as you would expect.

Utterly disgraceful service. No sence of urgency or time keeping, house selling requires communication and deadlines, not false promises and excuses.

Update It has emerged that as well as forgetting to purchase my idemity I bought my house cash and yet my name wasn't updated to the land register until 9 MONTHS later This company is currently being assigned to an investigator at the legal ombusman Take your money and find a decent solicitors They are liars and iNCOMPETENT

3 Rectory Place has to be one of the best-looking solicitors in Loughborough - beautiful building and just as nice inside, too. Jason and the team there were very welcoming and made me feel at home, which made me feel much less daunted about being in a building full of lawyers!
