Probably THE BEST experience I've ever had with a floor covering company. We recently had a dishwasher break down & ruin the hardwood flooring in our kitchen - fortunately it was fully covered by our Homeowner's policy. After consulting with Matt, we decided to take the opportunity to not only replace the kitchen flooring, but also update all of the hardwood and tile flooring in our dining room, hallway and bath on main floor. The house is 30 years old and needed a nice upgrade.
The price was good, service was OUTSTANDING, and the quality pf workmanship and attention to detail was FIRST RATE. Best of all - there were absolutely NO SURPRISES throughout the entire process...which made our lives so much easier with a project of this size & complexity.

Our salesperson, Robert, was fantastic. VERY knowledgeable and always kept our best interests in mind with his suggestions and opinions. He listened to what we were wanting to do and didn't try to upsell or use any fancy tactics. The install team, led by Michelle, was on time, courteous, and did a great job, Clean up well when finished. We had our luxury vinyl floors done two years ago and they still look like new. Couldn't be happier!

We highly recommend this trustworthy, responsive company. Robert came to our home with samples of flooring (luxury vinyl plank) which was great - to not have to travel to a showroom and then try to simply envision how the samples would look in our home. A sample of our favorite was left with us to look at in different lighting. Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right color and style for us. The project was a big investment, and Robert made sure we were confident in our choices, never pressuring us over anything. He’s passionate about his work and it shows. We love the look of our new floors. The Project Manager, Michelle, was present in person many times throughout the process, and was readily available for any questions. There was a trustworthy installer here, which is always a concern - having people in your home. This is an honest review, we were not given any incentives to write this! End your search and go with this company!

Both my husband and I were very perplexed on making a decision about the selection of what type of floor covering to put in our family room. Robert scooped in and came to our rescue. He offered a wide range of suggestions and pricing from tile to carpet. Floor Coverings offer a wide range of carpet samples, choices, and colors. I was particularly impressed with their higher quality of brands, such as Mohawk and other designer brands being offered at reasonable prices. To both of our amazement, they not only delivered a top notch carpet but their service was beyond our expectation. We are very happy with how the carpet looks as well as the trim they put in. They matched Wood trim to existing trim that needed to replaced and it turned beautiful!! We are very happy! I highly recommend them!!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Matt was on time and very helpful when he met us at our home to measure the rooms we needed carpeted; he then helped me through the process of picking which carpets would be best for the space/coloring. Then on install day, the team was prompt and very easy to work with. The price was exactly what was quoted even though it took about a half day longer for them to install than originally figured. We love our new carpets and appreciate the time and care that went in to the process.

I'd like to thank all those involved in the install process of our vinyl flooring. The owner Matt, sister Michelle, sales Robert, and the install people, Paul, Ken, and Dakota, made this the best experience ever.You could tell each person enjoyed the job position they had.Ken and Dakota did five rooms in two days.They are truly masters of their trade, none better. Michelle calling daily to see how things were going.Paul assisting in all aspects of the job.Robert who began the process by showing us the correct flooring for our needs.The best thing was that Robert brought all the samples to us. One stop shopping without leaving the house. A special thanks to Matt, who 10 years ago, started the business. Too bad there's only 5 stars. From my wife and I, you all deserve a 10. Used this company for carpet installation in the past and was pleased with the experience, so contacted them again for laundry room tile. Robert came out and showed me a handful of samples, none of which were quite what I was looking for. He said he’d email me a labor estimate based on the square footage, as well as a link to some other vinyl tile options. Two weeks later and I still don’t have an estimate or a link. Disappointing.

I am very pleased working with Floor Coverings International. From the beginning with Robert, the sales rep who helped tremendously in the picking out process to the team that installed.
The team who put in my luxury vinyl and carpet in my home were great hard workers, very friendly and very helpful, cleaned up everything. I could not believe they finished the job in one day, originally scheduled for two!!! Highly recommend this company. I will be using them whenever I have any flooring needs

We just had carpet replaced on our stairs and upstairs bedrooms. I was very impressed throughout the entire process. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable with our consultation and made sure we picked out carpet that we loved and would suit our needs. The install process was so easy—they even moved heavier furniture for us which no other company would do and fixed one of our closet doors that wouldn’t close! Everything looks fantastic and it’s cleaned up after so you wouldn’t even know someone had been here! And they completed it in one day. Overall fabulous job, we will definitely call them to do our other floors when we replace them.

We had floor coverings international quote us on a hardwood floor laminate we worked with Robert and Michele they were both very professional great communication skills all the way through the quote to the install and following up afterwards. I would highly recommend floor coverings international, Robert, Michelle and their top notch installers for any work done! It was also very nice and unexpected after the work was done they cleaned up absolutely everything it was spotless and they left a Bona cleaning kit and the next day we received a bouquet of flowers to say thank you to us. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their coworkers!

We needed to leave our home for about 5 days as we have a large amount of hardwood flooring which needed refinishing. From Robert's initial visit with the mobile flooring studio through to the final walk-through with Michelle, I couldn't be more pleased with my new flooring experience. Not only do I love with my new vinyl floors in my condo, the process was way easier and quicker than I anticipated. FCI was communicative throughout, especially during the install when Michelle gave me daily updates (I stayed away during install and was totally surprised, well worth it!) In just a little more than a month from my initial call to FCI to final installation, I now have the floors of my dreams! The sample Robert helped me pick turned out perfect, works well with my new couch and makes the entire condo feel more open. The thoughtful touches, like new cleaning supplies, flowers delivered after install and follow up texts from Robert really made me feel like FCI's favorite customer -- a really fantastic experience I couldn't recommend more. All my coworkers are now jealous of my floors on video calls and I can't wait to finally host a proper housewarming. Thank you, FCI! I'll definitely be a returning customer for my bathroom in a few months.

I had contacted them about installing hardwood stairs and staining our current hardwood floors. From start to finish, their team was courteous, warm, understanding and flexible. On top of all that, they were also extremely skilled...everything turned out perfectly! We had to reschedule our installation at the last minute due to Covid-19 and they were very understanding and willing to get me in at the next possible date once we felt comfortable. As the install was happening, Michelle gave daily updates to let us know the progress. When the project was wrapped up, our house was cleaned and put back like nothing happened other than brand new floors. I can’t be more grateful - thank you!

Everytime I work with Matt and Michelle it is absolutely wonderful. I have used FCI on my personal house and use their flooring services on projects for the company I work for. Matt and Michelle are the real deal. They take the time to listen and care for my home/project as if it was their own. The best part of their team is they are efficient. Matt meets with you to understand what you are looking for in your flooring project and has lots of suggestions to ensure a beautiful finish product is completed and Michelle takes care of managing installation. After recently deciding to give our basement a makeover, I came across Floor Coverings International on Facebook. After reading all of the great reviews, I had them come out and give us a quote. Robert could not have been more personable. He was not pushy at all and listened to all of my needs. He also brought samples for me to look through which made the process so much easier. I'm renovating a small ranch home and needed new flooring in my living room and hallway. Robert did an excellent job of explaining various options to me and patiently answering all of my questions about installation and replacement of the baseboards. A major concern I had was that the transitions in my hallway be done in such a way as to not damage the existing carpeting in my bedrooms. I need not have worried because the installation guys did a great job on those transitions along with the rest of the floor. Michelle came by several times during the installation to check on their progress and troubleshoot any potential problems. I'm delighted with my new floor and very pleased to find such a great team of professionals to work with on future projects.

I once had a kitchen project go really bad and had to redo it so by nature, I am now cynical and distrusting of contractors. When I called, FCI had the feel of a big company with a classic high pressure pitch and I almost didn't bring them out. I CANNOT tell you how glad I am that I did.
This is a small group who focuses on the customre experience. Communication was OUTSTANDING. They were punctual, clean and did OUTSTANDING work. We thought we had something picked out but ended up going with something far more beautiful and I thank Robert for the suggestion. Even if you think you know what you want, I encourage you to have him show you a few things. He knows what he's doing.
It was a decent sized project. Had 2 halls, a bathroom and a laundry room. Half of it was covered with tile. Half with lynoleum. Ripped the tile out and replaced the subfloor and put the LVP over the linoleum and it's seemless. They even screwed down a couple of squeaky spots which was just a professional touch. I can always find a problem and I cannot find one problem with this job.
I imagine you can find a cheaper bidder out there but I went with the cheapest bid on my kitchen the first time. It was worth every penny and I would recommend this company to anyone. Just call them.

We had visited three stores and had tentatively decided on hickory flooring. We called Floor Coverings International based on their reviews. Matt came to our home, measured our kitchen, discussed the attributes of various species of hardwood suitable for kitchens, and agreed with our choice of hickory. He brought samples from his van and we signed up. A week before the scheduled installation, Michelle delivered the flooring so it could become acclimated to the humidity in our home. She warned us that the removal of the old ceramic floor would create a ton of dust and told us what we should do and they would do to keep the mess to a minimum. The removal/installation was done over two long days by an excellent sub-contractor. Michelle stopped by a few times to check on the job, remove debris, and chat with us. It's now a year later and the floor looks great and has held up well. One small problem developed during the first nine months. We called and Matt and Michelle both came over and made the necessary repair. We couldn't be happier with our floor and were blessed to meet these two wonderful people. Highly recommended!!
